I visited here twice, first for 1 night, 2nd for early check in not stay over night early check out stay. It is located a bit far from city center but served me better by being in walking distance of my target. Have great sea view rooms with balconies. Rooms are large, getting a lot of light in and very comfortable. Lobby bar is good, room service and lobby menu satifactory and tasty. Reception stuff needs to improve their English, in my 2nd visit in check-in they didn't understand my check-in and check-out times/dates and charged me full 2 days for my 12 hours early check-in visit. When I complained during check out they found out they calculated wrong, and now I have some bonus to use in my next stay. They tried to charge back my card but I was in a hurry for check out so they proposed the bonus solution. Good that they tried to solve the issue. It has a aquapark and maybe a fun place to visit in summer days, as well.

Забронировала через телефон, так как через приложение невозможно оформить летний тариф. Номер был люкс видом на Каспи. Но когда бронировала мне сказали что это будет представительский номер… Так подвели с едой: завтрак и ужин должен был быть шведский стол. Но его отменили, и сказали выбирать по меню до 7000 тг на одного взрослого. Была возмущена, так как на 4 дня 480.000 тг оплатить и еще доплачивать за ужин с не большим выбором еды. Ладно меню, почти везде в Holiday Inn меню не большое. Но когда поставили ограничение, там и цены не дешевые были… уборка номера просила дважды и уборка была как будто я из своих карман плачу им зарплату. Все время допрашивали полотенца или халат. По просили тапочки, сказали что закончились. В аквапарке не все горки работали. Хотя деньги оплачены были по летнему тарифу. Худший Holiday inn которую я посетила.

Мы со съёмочной командой поселились в отеле на 4 дня. Мне очень понравилось обслуживание, работники относятся к клиентам уважительно, позитивно и с пониманием. Особенно хотел бы отметить работников: Динара, Тимур и Даниял. У Динары очень чуткий и профессиональный подход к людям. Она распологает к себе и обладает приятной внешностью. Она помогла мне в течении отдыха несколько раз и я ей очень благодарен. Спасибо отелю за гостеприимство!

Хочется отметить, что все очень доброжелательные и вежливые, поэтому создается атмосфера хорошего отдыха и отличного настроения. Мы отдыхали с семьёй с маленькими детьми❤️🙏👍👍👍👍👍 Понравился номер, улучшенный приятно оформлен, чистый, есть кондиционер, большой телевизор, холодильник, полки для вещей и одежды, стандартный набор полотенец, мыльные принадлежности. Персонал приветливый, могут ответить на вопросы грамотно.
