Near railway station and convenient. No air-condition. You need to open the window to make the room cooler. No bottle water provided.

Very close to the train station which is perfect for me. A bit far away from the castle but you can always take the local bus and get there in 15 minutes or so. Very clean hotel and I love the local cuisines for breakfast. The local eggs, mushrooms, tofu and milk are must-try. Would definitely book this place again if I ever go to Aizu!

Great hotel with a good location near the Aizu Wakamatsu station, just 10 minutes walking. Helped me during my trip to Fukushima prefecture.

ホテルの立地条件や設備は全く問題ありませんでした。 JR会津若松駅の正面に有り、すぐに所在が分かり安心できました。
然し、フロントでメールで送られてきた”予約確認票”を提出し、氏名を名乗っても『予約は受け付けていません』と言う返事です。
メールで送られてきた予約確認票のコピーを提示して予約N0を提示しても、『ありません』の回答でした。
コピーをみて、『ホテルの所在住所や電話番号、ホテルの外観写真は確かに当ワシントンホテルですね』と言って、追い返すわけにもいかず、
予約した部屋（シングル）とは別のツインの部屋を準備してくれました。
クレジットカード番号まで予約時に連絡しており、前金として支払い処理されてしまっており、 【詐欺に引っかかったかな？】【セコイことする詐欺だな】
と思い、その夜は安心して眠れませんでした。
翌朝、フロントでドアキ―を渡す際、宿泊料を取られるのかと思っていたら、『昨夜、詳しく調べたら Y.M様 と言うお名前で予約されていることが分かりました』
と報告を受け、宿泊料は取られませんでした。詐欺では無かったんだ、と安心しました。
このような、利用者を不安にさせるようなホテル予約が他にも沢山あるのではないかと思います。
安全・安心を確保する予約システムに改善して頂けるよう願います。

フラップレスパーキングが無料は
ありがたかったが配管が古いのか、浴槽にお湯を溜めて入って抜いたら水浸しで、バスマットが濡れて、連泊だったので翌日は怖くてお風呂に入れませんでした。惜しいです。また泊まりたいけどお風呂は使いません。配管を取り替えるわけにもいかないのでしょうが、お風呂は使用中止で、シャワー限定です。にした方が精神的にもまだ楽かも。

飯店離JR會津若松車站非常的近，離我們要吃的餐廳也蠻近的。但房間是真的非常的小，設備也比較老舊，主要床真的太小了，兩個人擠一張小床真的很難入睡。

離車站很近，酒店雖然感覺有年頭了，但是乾淨舒適。比起東京的酒店要大一些，可以説是非常的物超所值了。推薦哦。會津是一個好美的城市，一定會再去的。
