A big hotel with various choices for dinner and breakfast. Worth a stay at Aizuwakamatsu. Clean and comfy with the room.

the staff at reception and dining place are very professional and caring. The room facilities are very new and the onsen is brilliant. Would love to stay here again, a perfect stay.

What a wonderful family oriented hotel. Good for couples, families & extended families. Staff wonderful and atmosphere relaxed. We would recommend a visit to this town of samurai and sake. Easy to get around and different to the big cities. A great place for a few days. The hotel has large hot spa areas and we enjoyed every minute.

This property has shuttle service but needs to book in advance. The buffet (dinner and breakfast) is good but mostly Japanese style. Friendly staff!

雨風が強い日でしたが、スタッフが車を誘導し、私達が降りる時に傘をさしてくれました。心遣いが嬉しかったです。デラックストリプルは思った以上に綺麗で広々していました。社会人の娘も気に入っていました。食事は種類が豊富で美味しかったです。★４つなのは、宿泊人数の割にお風呂の数が少なく更衣室が狭かった事。春休みのためか、お子さん連れが多くお風呂がいつも混んでいました。ゆっくり浸かる感じではなかったのが残念でした。

温泉とバイキングが好きで今回2回目の利用させてもらいました。今回もバイキングは良かった～カニ食べ放題の時でいっぱいたべたけど、切れ目は入っていたが食べるのが大変だった。できたらカニを切るハサミか もっと食べやすいように殻を切っていてほしかった。 料理は食べ切れないぐらいおいしかった。子供はラーメンを何杯も食べてました（笑） 星一つ減らしたのは 温泉のおトイレかな。男女で次の日入れ替えになるんだけど、トイレが男子トイレ臭くて嫌だった。ホテルは全体的に綺麗だったから尚更残念です。

コロナ禍の最中に、緊急事態宣言の合間をぬって2度来て以来、およそ1年ぶりに利用しました。5度目の利用です。 私にとって、お気に入りの宿の一つです。 今回はORP測定器とpH測定器を持参してみました。 かけ流しと循環濾過式併用の湯らしいので、還元系の湯は期待出来ませんが、一応測定してみましたが、pH7.9、ORPは、内湯が540mV、露天風呂が570-590mVと、水道水レベルでした。 塩素殺菌による酸化のせいでしょう。レジオネラ菌のリスクを考慮すると、致し方ありませんね。 それでも、温泉成分一杯のナトリウム-硫酸塩・塩化物泉を楽しみました。塩素臭さもほぼ感じない良いお湯でした。 また、今回初めて知りましたが、芦ノ湖の「はなをり」と同じオリックスリゾートの宿になっていて、びっくり‼️ 「はなをり」も、良い宿です。 最後に二つ苦言を言うと、部屋の靴ベラが100円ショップのようなプラスチック製で、なんとなく日常感丸出し。 それと、朝食の質が今ひとつかな？妻が、スクランブルエッグも目玉焼きも無いと、ブツブツ。
