"Very disappointed in this hotel. Booked superior room and given a standard room. Whether issue was Trip. Com or hotel unsure but not well handled by local management. Told superior room available for 2nd night but was not given on 2nd night. Room had damp smell and mould in bathroom shower. No hot water which we were advised was a plumbing issue over our 2 days. Offered complimentary breakfast. Sadly spoiled our visit to Aigues Morte. Compensation was given by Trip.com who were very proactive in trying to sort. Hotel management only procrastinated that it wasn’t their responsibility."

"The five-star luxury hotel in the small town, but the price is moderate, the decoration is traditional and gorgeous, it is very worth enjoying. The garden in the middle of the villa is beautiful. Sitting in the glass room restaurant, you can enjoy the beautiful scenery of the garden. The dining is delicious, the price is reasonable, and the service is warm and thoughtful."

"Aanrader. Hotel ideaal gelegen op wandelafstand van centrum. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel/eigenaars. Gratis parking. Ruime, propere kamer. Wij hadden kamer met zicht op kanaal en de stadsmuren van Aigues-Mortes. Goed ontbijt. We komen zeker terug."
