The hotel was just across the station. Very posh and good service but the only setback the wifi was a bit troublesome. Many steps lien keying in your country number and the page suddenly disappeared. 🧐

It was nice location and nice room but small and way to much heat because it was extremely hot in the room but the view is great

Location is perfect for me for 1 night stay. It’s just opposite the train station. The room is clean and the staff were friendly.

印象深刻的前台
自稱名叫Thu的惡劣服務態度男士
可圈可點如下：
1.辦入住先收200chf按金（一路走來瑞士都沒收過按金的，唯有他例外很早網上全款訂房的）
2.安排的房間黴味大，小窗口採光差，空調噪音大，臨街火車站的房間。作為多年出行在外的人怎會接受如此傲慢無禮的服務人員處理結果呢。必須據理力爭更換另一間，最初説酒店滿房，後又説有2兩可調，但要加收費用80CHF或150CHF，🤑🤑🤑！！！強硬的態度沒法直麪溝通，衹好迂迴找到攜程人員調和到位。浪費我們近2個小時，度假時間成本忒高呀！
心情嚴重受到影響啦！

酒店位置太好了，交通方面就在火車站正對面，二者就隔着一條小馬路，上山頂的齒輪火車也從這個車站發車，同時，正對酒店右手邊就有樓梯通向日內瓦湖旁，到湖邊幾步就有碼頭可以到西庸城堡；景觀上在日內瓦湖邊上如果選擇湖景房間會很美。服務、設施也挺好的，很滿意。
