The location is fantastic. Food, especially the morning breakfast was very good. Amenities of all types available and for anything extra hotel support was always there. Service was also very good.

I stay for 2 night and no room cleaning was done. Room size is very small. Food quality is good. Location was also good.

Staff is not friendly and customer centric. Also, food quality is not good. - complimentary breakfast is cold and not tasty. - paid dinner is also not tasty. They don't serve half plate vegetables which leads to wastage but you have to pay the complete amount. Very absurd.

Compact room with outdated furniture
twin beds are joined to make single bed
unpleasant musty smell in the room
limited breakfast options with lack of variety
questionable value for the money paid
recommended only for a one-night stay
overall disappointing experience; suggests the need for improvements.

Was unclean and staff is rude services take long time highly non recommendable. All the usable things like bed washroom tv fan ac was not working properly. There are bed bugs also in the room

The hotel is in prime location. The bathroom is neat & clean. Morning breakfast is good enough for the price paid. However the fan regulator needs to be repaired, ***** with that ac remote as well as we couldn't change the mode or adjust temperature.

Convenient address, as right in the heart of the new city. Easy accessibility to areas near and around. Best value with affordable and reasonable prices for each type of room. The rooms are compact, however, does not matter much when you're there just for nightly stays. Very cooperative and cordial staff.
