It was good but rooms were small and not so new and clean. But overall experience was good

I checked in on Dec 3rd. There was hardly any guest in the hotel. I was given room 102. The room was filthy, Bedding was old cotton mattresses. Possible Bed Bugs infestation too. Bathroom was filthy with mold and yellow stain. A/C was broken and did not work at all. I immediately went to ***ager and requested refund or another room. I had paid 50 % advance deposit (Rs 9800 = USD $ 110) for five-night stays. After few arguments and initial denial, I was given room # 302. This room had a proper bedding, but bathroom was same way with mold issue. Room was dusty with unfinished poorly done sheet rock without any finish. I did not have choice but to spend the night there. Could not sleep as the traffic noise was unbearable. Next day I woke up and went to Breakfast buffet. There was no breakfast buffet available. I was told by kitchen staff that when there are fewer than seven guest ***agement does not set up buffet. I talked to ***ager and told him that I am not happy and would like to have refund except one night. I made another arrangement. ***ager told me that he does not control refund, Owner has to approve refund. I waited for Owner and checked out on time. Owner showed up. Owner was nothing but a greedy goon and did not provide me any refund for unused stay. In short, this is not even a one-star hotel, all employees and staff were afraid of the owner including GM. Please stay away from this Hotel. DO NOT BOOK OR PAY ANY DEPOSIT. I LOST $ 100 plus and one night sleep.

We had booked a room to stay 2 nights. Upon arrival the room was allocated in a timely ***ner. The room was dirty (too grubby to stay), the door swipe would not work. In fact the room was of such a low standard that we vacated the room and left to go to a cleaner hotel. We paid top dollar direct to the hotel ($120 per night including breakfast for one person). Rather than have conflict we made an excuse and left. Upon complaining to ***agement we were met with total defence. There was no apology what so ever, no understanding. We were told that everything was spot on in the hotel. This is certainly not what was experienced. If we did not do this review we would be doing other travellers a disservice. Definitely can not recommend.

Horrible rooms, worst hospitality, basics like towels not available.. Not recommended for corporates.. don’t get awed by the lobby rest all is beyond being terrible. My entire team stayed here and faced issues.

Im stay with hotel inde residency hotel idaipur ,there hotel wos very good very big hotel and there good facilitise and there staff is very good specialy thanks to Mr.Roop and Sumit and payal evry one to all staff

This hotel was not properly ***aged and driven by non professional and less take caring person. There’s no cleaning & wet bathroom . Inside light arrangements is very poor , no movement space in the room. Food quality is not very appreciated. I will not recommended to any business associate for stay.
