Bardzo dobry hotel blisko plaży jak i starego miasta. Pomocna i niezwykle uprzejmą obsługa w recepcji. Wyśmienite śniadania z mnóstwem owoców i bez ograniczeń. Takich śniadań w całej Kolumbii nie mieliśmy przez 2 tygodnie. Basen na dachu czynny również późnym wieczorem. Malutki minusik za brak wody pitnej w pokoju, ale chyba w Kolumbii nie ma takiej tradycji. Gorąco polecam ten hotel jak sieć Holida Inn. Wielokrotnie korzystamy z tej sieci na całym świecie I nigdy nie było problemów.

We usually stay here when in Cartagena. The staff is amazing. Great location. But the price is definitely very high compared to what you get for the room. Definitely needs some updates. Good food at the pool bar and again great customer service!!!!!

Pool area was great, beds were comfortable. The real problem was the breakfast. Very little choice and milk, yoghurt etc left out for hours with no refrigerator. There were also a lot of fruit flies on the uncovered food. I got sick after eating the yoghurt

The bathroom sink didn’t drain. The main showerhead in the shower was clogged, the handle on the bathroom door, was falling off. There was a musty smell in the hallway. The TV didn’t work but when we call the front desk, they sent someone right away and they fix it but it happened again so we didn’t bother to call again.

The staff is amazing let us pay for early checkin. When you come from the beach which is nearby they have a place to clean your feet. It’s in a great location across form “Macdonald” pronounce this way so the locals understand that is very useful when you have a 7 year old picky eater. The hop on hop off bus is great too and has a stop right in front!

Initial impression was good but things went downhill real fast. Lobby was new, located on main street, and lots of restaurants and businesses in the area. The hotel lacks a lot of basic amenties. The lobby and elevator doesnt have air conditioning and the in the dining room is seldomly used. The rooms have very dirty exterior windows, old towels that were falling apart, no soap holder in the bathroom, hallway carpet needed to be cleaned and vacuumed, the pool was filthy-dirt ring around the pool, hair, and pool towels that need to be replaced. Employees were kind and friendly. But the price I paid was not worth it. There are plenty of other hotels in tbe area that offer more for less than what I paid at Holiday Inn. I would not recommend this hotel to others nor would I stay there again unless they make needed upgrages.

The cable didn't work the first two days there but the service from the staff was good and I wish they had better options for the free breakfast like pancakes, waffles, French toast, and sausage or bacon

Overall good experience. The room needed some improvements but not too bad. The staff did not seem as welcoming as other hotels. They also seemed a little short staffed when checking in or asking questions. The location is great and walkable to many restaurants and travel buses.
