Situated just above the central plaza, this small hotel is very nice and the staff accommodating and friendly. There might be too many steps up for some guests, but the view at Huayna Picchu from the windows and the breakfast terrace is rewarding. Warmly recommended.

We were met at the train station and escorted to the hotel. This property is just off the main square but up 113 stairs. We stayed in a beautiful suite with a private balcony. Breakfast was simple but sufficient.

It is near restaurants, transportation and shopping in Aguas Calliente but it is on the hillside so it s quiet.
The steps to the hotel are tough after a long day of hiking.

Clean eco friendly hotel with a great location for fit travelers who can climb 107 steps. Excellent staff and wow what more can I add? A+++

We did not end up staying at this hotel. They emailed to ask what time we were arriving on the train and said they would send someone to meet us - no one came. We messaged through ******* that we were going to get dinner before check-in as our train was delayed - no one answered. We climbed the long staircase to the hotel - no one was in reception and the place looked abandoned. There was a number to whatsapp "Joe" - he didn't answer calls or texts. We left and found another hotel. Joe finally called and said he was available. We told him not to bother. Still trying to get a refund 4 days later - ******* can't get hold of the hotel or Joe either! DO NOT STAY HERE!

When I booked nowhere was said about the 100 stairs to get up there, and doing it at night was terrible

Great hotel, quiet and clean. Only thing is that if you have issues with lots of stairs then this hotel is not for you, otherwise, highly recommended

Staffs are very accommodating and helpful. Liked the quietness, getting there is pretty challenging for those who cannot walk but adventurous for those who can walk.
