We went as couple for a night stay. We asked for Taj view room. Extremely satisfied with the quality of service overall. The service staff were very helpful and friendly. Agra is obviously crowded with visitors and our time of visit was busier. The elevators were backed up with a long line so we were gearing up to use the stairs and one of the staff let us use the service elevators to our fifth floor room. Service staff at the checkers ***oj and team treated us like family and very friendly. They knew what we would be interested and brought food to our table although it was a self serve buffet.

Had a great experience în Clarks Shiraz Agra Hotel, regarding the hospitality, room class, clening and all the rest. It' s imposibile not to mention the quality of meals, their variety and the aspect of restaurant. The personnel from the restaurant, regarding the breakfast and the dinner, are perfect under the authority of ***oj, the capitan of this field. The massage lady, Sonia, was a delight with magical hands! We strongly recommend this location.

Very frindly personal in the restaurant specialy Mr. Arbaz Khan and Mr. ***oj. Very good food, pool and rooms. The location is very convenient to visit Taj Mahal. The reception was very quick and the personal was always avaible to answer questions.

The hotel was very nice with exceptional service. The breakfast buffet had a variety of food available for all its different types of customers. I would like to mention that one particular waiter by the name of ***oj was extremely attentive and attended to all our needs during breakfast. Thank you ***oj for making me and my husband comfortable during breakfast and answering all our questions.

The rooms were large and comfortable and quite luxurious. The staff were all extremely helpful. We ate at their Checkers restaurant, food was delicious and service by ***oj and his team was exceptional. Located just a 5 minute drive to the Taj Mahal.

Stayed overnight while visiting the Taj Mahal. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast selection was fantastic and the service from Arbaz and ***oj in the dining room was exceptional.

We received wonderful thoughtful service the whole time during our visit. The restaurant Checkers was serving exceptional food. The wait staff are really well trained and anticipate my needs brilliantly. One young *** Arbaz especially was very professional and courteous. I commend him to ***agement and wish him well for his future career. The high standard of his service is rare and hard to better. Regards Loris

TV, AC, Fridge, Internet, extremely hot and only hot water in bathroom. Nothing was working till complained. Not sure what they checked between a guest checking out at 12 pm till at 4.30 pm when we were allotted the rooms. Food had a large menu but totally tasteless. Egg dishes were without salt and bacon was extremely salty. Only good thing served during breakfast was Tea. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone! They call themselves 5 star, neither the property is a 5 star, nor their service. The whole staff was busy pestering foreigners only. Extremely annoyed.
