Despite my booking confirmed and payment done and i was asked to shift to some bit less upgraded owners hotel which i am not satisfied at all

The property location is very close to taj mahal as well as rooms are very nice. I really like the behaviour of staff. I would like to visit here again.

Amazing experience in agra. Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff specially ms musk-an behaving like family member, lovely and great first impression of westin resort. Everything about the resort was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future. Read more

Beds are not at all comfortable. Stained blankets. Washroom are very untidy and washroom seats are not clean. Broken cover. Food are not available as they mention in menu they have. Overall experience is not good at all.

Near to taj mahal. A bit far from railway station. Good staff. Clean and spacious room. Both family& couple friendly. Geyser not working

Reasonable price, prime location, food quality and price is too much, staff ki to jitni tarif karo kama hai. Highly recommended
