Echt een heel fijn hotel. Goede service, prachtige ligging en lekker rustig. Mooi zwembad, aardige mensen bij de receptie. Kamers worden iedere dag opgeruimd, voorzien van handdoeken. Ligt in mooie omgeving. Alles op loopafstand: strand, supermarkt, bushalte, autoverhuur.

Heel fijn hotel dat gerund wordt door een hele vriendelijke familie! Heerlijk ontbijt,zeer nette kamers,ondanks dat sommige kamers wat gedateerd zijn heb ik nog nooit zo’n schone kamer gezien! We hebben heerlijk genoten ( vooral van de sunset en jacuzzi 😉) Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!

We hebben 6 nachten in dit hotel gezeten. De verzorging is geweldig. Mooie kamer met uitzicht op zee. Een keuze ontbijt waardoor je alleen nog s’avonds hoeft te eten. Ligging van het hotel in rustige omgeving 500 meter van strand en dorpje met veel taverna’s. We komen hier zeker nog eens terug.

Proteas is a family-run hotel. It’s such a lovely place and everyone was so nice. The delicious breakfast was served on the terrace. We always got a place by the pool. The rooms were very clean. The bus station to the city is just a short walk away.

I love Hôtel Proteas. It’s my second time staying there. The family running it are really nice, the rooms are kept very clean, fresh bed linen every day. Nice breakfast options. Beautiful sunset view. And it is in a quieter area away from all the hustle and bustle, while still being within quick walking distance of beach, restaurants and all amenities. The rooms are simple but you have what you need for a comfortable stay, including a kitchenette with a decent fridge, hob, kettle and sink, and a table with chairs where you can eat. Next time I go to Naxos I will stay there again.

Beautiful high class rooms & apar**ents. Spotlessly clean. Lovely pool area. Good breakfast selection. No option for evening meals. Family run & staff were so polite & attentive. 10 min walk downhill to beach & further 5 mins to great selection of bars & restaurants in the village. Regular local buses & Naxos town only 25 mins away. Cost 4 Euro return & tickets available from hotel reception. Really enjoyed our stay

Absolutely beautiful place. Run with love by Mary and Andreas supported (I think) by their parents. We had booked Sea View Suites and were absolutely blown away on arrival by quite how gorgeous both rooms were. The grounds too were picturesque though there are quite a few steps throughout. The pool is very, very deep. The shallow end is about 5' and the deep end was deeper than we could go down to. For that reason I'm not sure it would suit children too much. There were always available sun loungers around the pool, including some that never actually saw any sunshine - perfect for me! The hotel is a bit of an uphill hike from the town and the beach but it's a very manageable walk and we were able to do it each night in about 20 minutes despite being full of beer and food. Breakfasts were superb. Absolutely delicious.

We booked a 12-days stay at Proteas. The hotel and the hosts are absolutely wonderful. Our room looked exactly like the photos, was super clean, superb bathroom with a fantastic shower and a lovely terrace with a view of both sea and the mountain. We really appreciated how quiet it was, there is no music, you can only hear the birdsong and the wind ruffling the palm tree. We travelled by car and found everything, beaches, Chora and other island attractions, to be very accessible. The hotel is in walking distance from one of the most beautiful beaches in Naxos, Agios Prokopios Beach. Will definitely book again when we return to Naxos!

Excellent hotel, feels definitely more than 3 stars. Feel free to stay at proteas hotel you will not regret it. Nothing negative comes to my mind about this hotel. It's also close to agios prokopios beach whitch is one of the best beaches with nice waters.
