Mistral Mare

We had booked here and were concerned when we saw some bad reviews … absolutely delighted to say that we are having a wonderful stay!! The staff are friendly and the food is fresh and tasty … including gluten free options! The views are stunning and the rooms are super clean … We are delighted to be here.

Was looking forward to getting away with my children only to get there at 10pm and There was no food or drink ! The reception staff gave me an apple and said it was all they had. There was three of us and we only got 1 room card. I asked at reception for more and they said no . I explained and showed them my medical records that I need to keep things charged and would need to keep the card in electric slot. He told me to come to reception each time and he would let us into apar**ent! The staff walk about as if they don't want to be there and the food was a nitemare. Hardly any food out with no lables telling you what you are eating. It was chaos. Then to top it all off we checked out at 10am and they got scissors to cut all our all inclusive bands off our wrists and couldn't get anything to eat or drink . Our bus was at 8pm. I then asked again to speak to a manager and he brushed me off saying " take it up with loveholidays and to go away. You honestly couldn't make this up . It was appalling

Yes this is beautiful location overlooking the beach however, we paid for 4 nights all inclusive. Arrive after midnight on Saturday therefore had Sunday, Monday and Tuesday to check out Wednesday. Our flight is not till midnight however, when checking out! Our bands were removed and told we could use the premises but all inclusive ends???? Honestly, never heard anything like this before. After getting nowhere with the reception staff went to speak to the manager. The manager did not care either and told us to complain to love holidays.. Honestly, the staff and customer service you receive has spolied the experience. Only received 1 card for 3 of us, asked for another and was told no. Even after explaining the need to charge items as one of us had medical equipment needing charged. Had to also pay room tax per day that wasn’t mentioned either. Pay for Wi-Fi No cocktails included, towels and no diet soft drinks. We put our case away! Went down to get some soft drinks before 12 however, was told it was 3 minutes past and our all included was finished.. I have never been to any hotel That do not let you continue your all inclusive till you leave but especially to be told your 3 mins past it.. Seriously!! Customer service is on another level. Would definitely not return to this hotel due to the staff and extremely poor customer services..

DO NOT LISTEN TO BAD REVIEWS Me and my partner visited this hotel for our first ever holiday the staff were lovely scenery was beautiful rooms were clean pools were lovely plenty of sunbeds could not fault it and would definitely go back we think about this hotel all the time!

Booked with loveholidays this hotel.The shuttle transfer taken 4 and a half hours instead of 40 min as written on the booking and was awful especially for tired children. The location and views were amazing but bear in mind there is no beach bar if you go down those one hundred steps to the beach. The sea water is amazing and perfect for children as it's not too deep, also the beach is beautiful. You can avoid the steps and walk up to minutes to other Paralia Voulisma beach were is a beach bar where you can order drinks ( you would spend 50-100€ daily for a family of 4 including sunbeds) or alternatively buy those from the market on the way to the beach. The price for 2 sunbeds and umbrella is 20€ per day. About the hotel, the staff is not very friendly and evenings there is no entertainment for kids nor adults. Wednesdays is karaoke night but the music is awful and boring. The food is OK, no seafood at all. The problem with the drinks, no water/tea/coffee in rooms, even at extra cost. You should go to reception shop to buy some. The bar closes at 10pm and is not opened all day long and there are only local drinks like wine, whisky or rum not so good, no cocktails at all and cheap Cola or Fanta alternatives, no juice. At the pool toilets out of order. No snacks of fruits. Sometimes can have hot dogs. We have booked 2 rooms for one family of 4. Offered the rooms at different floors far away of each other, with broken showers and toilets, after arguing with the hotel staff, they've had available only one family room for all of us which was not the best alternative for us as we needed 2 different rooms next to each other. So not the best experience with the hotel.

I had the best sleep with its cozy and quiet rooms. The plush bedding and tranquil ambiance contributed to a restful night. The pool was a refreshing haven the complimentary sun beds made lounging a joy. Can't wait to be back in this cozy haven!

My stay at Hotel Mistral Mare was like a dream come true! The rooms were not just comfortable but had these charming private balconies that made every moment special. The private bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer added a touch of luxury. I loved tuning into music channels on the TV while relaxing on my private balcony. The mini fridge was a sweet touch for keeping snacks cool. With all these thoughtful details, my holiday felt like a perfect escape.

The cozy room was beautifully furnished and my private balcony offered a breathtaking sea view. What stole the show were the fantastic amenities – the refreshing swimming pool with free sunbeds and a pool bar was a real highlight. The Golden Wing Building's additional pool, gym, mini spa and sauna were icing on the cake.

My time at Hotel Mistral Mare was absolutely wonderful! The rooms were not just comfy but also stylishly decorated. I loved having my own private balcony with a fantastic sea view – such a treat! The staff were super friendly and made me feel right at home. The location was perfect and the amenities, like the individually controlled air conditioning, made my stay even better. I can't wait to go back and soak up the great vibes at Hotel Mistral Mare!
