Generous breakfast spread. Room is clean, the gym is clean. Friendly and efficient hosts. Friendly and helpful housekeeping team. I enjoyed my stay.

Exterior of hotel was a little dated but the rooms were great. I believe they recently got refurbished, so everything was clean and smelled new. Convenient location…short drive to shopping and restaurants. Love that it was free to park, so many hotels charge for parking now.

The room and hotel were very clean. Everything smelled good. The only thing that was not very good was the breakfast. It wasn’t the lady’s fault. They were piowdered eggs- cold, hard pancakes. It just wasn’t appetizing. I lived the bread and the toaster! The coffee was good. It would be good to upgrade the quality of your breakfast items a bit. The hotel was perfect for the places we needed to go- all pretty close.

Lots of things to say. Cruz and Shelly were wonderful and took great care of us and our convention party. The area around the hotel has nothing to recommend it. There is one expensive restaurant in the parking lot and really no other restaurants. No grounds to speak of. The Galleria is a drive away, nothing within walking distance. Very far away from downtown Dallas, one our one-way Uber rides was $47. All that being said, we did have a very nice time, due to the helpfulness of the staff.

This is my go to place when I'm in North Dallas...had not been in at least a year. The property is under renovation and truly needs it. Rooms are great....amenities are great...but the building is 'tired' and the elevators are all scarred up with graffiti and scrapes. They did say they were being 'replaced'....so give it a chance. It's so convenient on/off the highway.....but there are nicer places to stay. Hopefully, they will get their renovations done quickly. BTW.....the breakfasts are awesome!

Property was under construction and marketed amenities were not available. This was supposedly an upgraded property as my other property had become over sold, so ******* transferred me to this property. Not happy.

The hotel was undergoing some renovations, not to bad tho, breakfast was good, checkin was fast, staff were excellent.

Average hotel, bathroom is very small and tight. Construction taking place with elevator and some noise and dust as expected. Major point for our stay was ease of access to highway and proximity to desired venues we were attending.

Easy access to the highway and plenty of parking. The staff was very friendly and the free breakfast was great. I would definitely stay here again.
