Terrible customer support terrible rude employee I was very unhappy

The room provided was under construction. Then front desk gave me another room.....dirty beds....dirty dirty....i had to leave the property. no other room provided and no resolution

The room was fine. Definitely needs some updates but the water was super hot which I loved. Check in could have gone better. I paid for 2 nights bc I knew we would be coming in the middle of the night. We ended up getting there around 7:30am. The girl at the desk seemed confused by this and had to contact someone else to make sure it was ok to give me my keys. That I paid for. After a 12 hour drive I was annoyed. The mirror in the bathroom was horrid. Everything else was good. There was a hair on my sheets that I didn't like, but being tired I got it off and crashed.

I was over charged first of all and paid way too much for two rooms! Our rooms weren't serviced the entire weekend and I specifically asked for service!

I stayed here on the 2nd floor and everything was excellent. So when I returned to Dallas I didn’t 2nd guess where I would stay. Unfortunately they checked me into a first floor room and it had bee bugs. When I awoke I had bites all over my forehead. Won’t stay here again.

The property itself was pretty decent. The main space was lovely, and their breakfast was better than most. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. Parking was plentiful and free. But, the room left a lot to be desired, specifically in the bathroom. Our sink wouldn't drain, so we had to become plumbers to fix it. The shower area was stained and water-damaged, and the faucet dripped all night. Overall, the property is showing its age and needs repairs. BUT it wasn't a bad place to stay a few nights, as it was quiet and not too crowded. It's also one of the last few affordable properties in the area. And at least there were no roaches (looking at you, Hyatt House Dallas.)

Apart from the water pressure which seems non existent and when asked, was told that’s how it is taking a shower was like waiting on honey/molasses to drip out of the bottle. The bed was comfortable and room was clean.

I checked in at 4 and still had to leave at check out and I asked to pay extra for a early check in seeing that my check in time was that day they stated they couldn’t do that but I had just done it the week before

The hotel staff is very nice, the hotel is in an area that is convenient to shopping, eating, and the highway. The breakfast had a good variety of dry goods, yogurts, and drinks. The hot foods were scrambled eggs and sausage, both were good. My only complaints would be that the rooms are small, and the beds are very small. That was kind of off putting to us when we first entered the room because the pictures make them look so big. Our heating unit made horrendous noises the entire stay, but they were tolerable for the most part so we didn't complain about it. For the most part I would stay here again.
