Stayed here during the Meskel holidays. Checking in took some time (2 hours of waiting) since we had no choice but to go to the hotel early before the roads close. Place has modern amenities that made for a comfortable stay. Breakfast is okay, a good selection for vegans and health conscious alike.

飯店早餐不是很好，且有一天要提早也不能準備餐盒（要另外收15美金）含早餐一樣，非常離譜
大廳有蛋糕放盤子與夾子（不是迎賓餐點）而是要收費的，一份15美金，非常離譜的貴
記住！飯店什麼都要錢，要東西前先詢問一下

Bijna nieuw hotel met een reeks van voorzieningen en uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Vriendelijk en service-gerichte personeel, echt uitstekend goed voor elkaar hier, een vette pluim voor het management en het hele team

Among the top 3 spectacular hotels in Addis. Amazing ambiance, and for meeting travellers from all over thr place, Hyatt is the spot I recommended. Amazing cuisine and plenty of options for dinning. The bar is just amazing, ans i suggest trying the cocktails, nice variety!

One of the reasons we come back here is Mizan. She is an absolute delight. She gives excellent customer service and we couldn't appreciate her more. Super welcoming and accommodating. She makes this place feel like home . Thank you Mizan :)

I had a coffee in the lobby of the Hyatt today and it was by far one of the most pleasant experiences I have had in Addis so far. Temesgen was so so kind and made the whole experience unforgettable, including being generous enough to give me a few extra local biscuits :) Thank you so much Temesgen for being the best!!!

We like the hospitality overall. At the reception, bar, and restaurant... We like the quality of food and housekeeping.

Beautiful physical space, but service leaves something to be desired. Very clean hotel with high attention to detail in the design and room set up. Service required lots of follow up on the part of the customer, most requests required 1-3 follow ups and/or waiting an excessive amount of time.

No flaws. Perfect stay! Absolutely beautiful property. I used to work for Hyatt and have stayed at many Hyatt properties. Hyatt Regency Addis is by far my favorite Hyatt stay thus far.
