住了一禮拜，Wifi和手機信號都不是特別好，有線網絡都會因為停電時斷時續，熱水經常沒有，房間挺大，頂樓的餐食也好吃

I recently stayed at the Swiss Inn Nexus Hotel in Addis Ababa and had an extremely disappointing experience. Upon arrival, I was horrified to find that our room was infested with bed bugs. Expecting a swift and understanding response, I immediately requested a refund. To my dismay, the hotel staff was uncooperative and dismissive.They refused to take responsibility for the issue, citing that the payment was made online and therefore not within their purview to address. This response was not only unhelpful but also baffling, as the payment was made directly on their website. When I sought clarification on how to proceed, the receptionist was unable to provide any assistance, claiming ignorance about their own third-party payment partner.After my own research, I discovered that Travel Book Group was the third party involved. I reached out to them, and subsequently, Priceline responded, stating that the hotel denied the refund request and they couldn't intervene. This entire ordeal was not just frustrating but also disheartening, as it showed a complete lack of customer service and responsibility from the Swiss Inn Nexus Hotel. It's unacceptable for a hotel to disregard such serious complaints and leave their guests in distress without any support or solutions.

Nice hotel with a great view and clean room, responsive staff, testy foods, cool place to stay there is a big super market and traditional house near by these great hotel. Best location to airport they pick me from airport to hotel and welcome with drink. ♥️🙏🏻

Staff are attentive and friendly and while a mid range hotel, there is a cool vibe in the lounge with Ethiopians hanging out, and the cafe is great all round... coffees and pastries. Skip the economy room. For the minimal extra cost the business rooms are surprisingly good. The gym is quite big and well equipped.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff . Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service uptown the lounge on top roof in where we had dinner and drink with friends was amazing we had memorable time . Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Your time and dedication in helping to make our stay the best will not go forgotten staff was amazing so i rebooked and come back next month with family for a trip. Hello was last week there, staff nice and friendly but you feel the Manager saving only money. Is not nice with this high rates at this old Hotel. Sure will not come again to this place.Hope the will spend again more money for the guest !!!!!!!.There a lot of nice Busnuss Hotel in this city..

This is a large hotel with best facilities. We booked a double room which was certainly spacious and suited our needs. It also included a balcony with views Good bathroom and good Wi-Fi. The staff in the front desk have been more helpful, friendly extremely well mannered. The food is testy👍but Lunch and breakfast room was crowded most mornings and every afternoon However, this was the only let down on what is a good hotel at a really good price.
