Relais Villa Grazianella | Una Esperienze

We had originally booked the apar**ent and we arrived quite late 9.30 PM but no one asked us for arrival details. This was our 4th hotel so far in Italy and the ones before made to communicate to us before arrival while Grazianella didn’t seem to care. The apar**ent did not meet our expectations. No pool access and you need to drive 15 min for breakfast and no staff there. Poor description!! We said we wanted to change to the house and got a call from an ANGRY manager complaining we are late and he had no service mind. The rooms in the house are nice and also the pool but that’s about it. This is a very soul less place with no warmth but a lot of potential. In the morning the receptionist said the manager would call us to discuss the price of stay as the apar**ents are more expensive. He never bothered to call!!!! They gladly take our money… We never met a soul during breakfast and we felt we were an inconvenience. The breakfast has no love in it and far from fresh products. The staff were not well trained but the receptionist tried at least. However, during our stay there was no one reaching out if we need help or tips. We never ate dinner there as the dining lacke a**osphere. Again no soul and love that you usually get in Tuscany and Italy. There is building works there. This is no problem if you like to wake up 7AM! They start at 7 AM and continue to 7PM and is loud. You will wake up (even my AirPods didn’t help). You won’t get the quite Tuscany experience and it seems based on the looks of it that it will take months… We paid what they asked for but normally we would ask for a discount but the manager did not care to reach out and the staff there had no authority… We gladly leave after two days (versus originally four days).

Amazing views, beautiful surroundings and great service. The room is gorgeous, very well decorated and spotless clean. Bed and sheets are highest quality. The bathroom is big, comfortable and has great view. Its the perfect place to relax.

The absolute best! We came to celebrate our anniversary and my girlfriend’s birthday. The staff went out of their way to make us feel special. The hotel was immaculate, the bed was extremely comfortable, the food was delicious and the wine was spectacular. We can’t wait to come back. You MUST come here. Total luxury and peace. 10 stars.

Such a nice property with outstanding views of the surrounding hillsides. Staff were all very nice and rooms very comfortable. Restaurant for dinner and breakfast was great!

This property went way beyond our whole family's expectations. A**osphere was elegant, clean, and had beautiful furnishings. It's out of the way and that makes it enchanting. You are in the middle of vineyards everywhere! The staff is very attentive and friendly, but professional. Comfortable beds with beautiful countryside views and singing birds! We will be back if possible.

This is a great small hotel which is in a vineyard property. The place was upgraded a year ago and it is first class. Guests can have all meals there and can also have wine tasting of the vineyard’s various wines. There is a pool and bike rentals. The location is close to many Tuscany towns allowing day trips to several. The staff were delightful.

location was breathtaking! And the property was top notch, beautiful, welcoming, efficient and beautiful. It was our favorite place we stayed on our recent trip to Italy. Oh, how we would love to go back!

The Villa Grazianella was absolutely wonderful. We came for our tenth anniversary and enjoyed every moment. From the villa you can see the beautiful countryside all around. The rooms were very nice, quiet and comfortable. The service of the manager and all the staff there was wonderful. Everyone was kind and helpful. We rented E bikes for the day and rode into Montepulciano. Everything was so enjoyable and we didn’t want to leave. Highly recommended!!

We enjoyed everything!!! The staff is amazing. Everyone was nice ,professional and helpful. The room was comfort and clean. The views were amazing!!! We had dinner in the restaurant twice and enjoyed the food and wine. Can’t wait to come back for a visit. Kim and Jerry Schalberg
