Outside the resort, 2.2 km from the centre, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 2.3 km from the lake, 800 m from the skiing area. Private: garden (fenced), lawn for sunbathing. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer. Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house, single garage space n 1. Supermarket 1.4 km, restaurant 700 m, outdoor swimming pool 12 km, indoor swimming pool 12 km, lake Achensee 2.3 km. House and garden in great condition. Clean, spacious and well furnished. Folder in the house contains a lot of information about that House, the infrastructure and excursions.

A very nice apartment on 3 floors. We felt at home straight away. Except for a microwave, everything is really available that you need. There are even enough games for the children. Really great!
