muy basico, aun no hay wifi ni tv despues del huracan, me hubiera gustado tener una tetera para calentar agua, el elevador da un poco de miedo...
por el precio esta ok

El servicio súper excelente, la persona que nos atendió en recepción muy amable y muy hospitalario.
Fueron unas vacaciones de 10 y está en muy buena ubicación.

This is NOT a place to sleep hotel. There are 4 night clubs in front of the rooms, there is very loud music 24/7.
If you are there to party then tis is an ok choice.

ESTA MUY VIEJO, SOLO 2 ELEVADORES PARA TANTAS HABITACIONES, SOLO DAN 2 TOALLAS POR HABITACION, TENIAMOS FUGA EN REGADERA Y LAVAMANOS, NO HAY TELEFONO PARA CONTACTAR A RECEPCION, LA LLAVE DE LA PUERTA SEGUIDO SE DESCOMPONIA Y ESTABAMOS EN UN PISO 18, EN LA ALBERCA NO HAY REGLAS, TODO MUNDO SE METE CON ROPA. EN RECEPCION LA ACTITUD DEL PERSONAL HORRIBLE, NO MUESTRAN LAS CUOTAS DE ESTACIONAMIENTO, TE DAN LA QUE QUIEREN, NO HAY REGLAMENTO EN HABITACIONES, LOS VECINOS TENIAN MUSICA A TODO VOLUMEN

I don’t think this is a palace anymore, and more like Romano ruins. The rooms look nice but the beds are hard, and the doors and windows don’t close properly. You also need to be short for a good shower!
The lifts are not enough for the number of floors and people staying, and they take a long time. We ended up walking the 15 flights a couple of times for ease.
The main issue was with an ocean view room we didn’t get any sleep. The clubs across the road play very loud music until about 3:30sm.
The hotel is basic if that’s what you want, and close to the beach but I wouldn’t stay here again.

The mattress was very hard
I had to change rooms twice and the third time there was no hot water so we left
I am expecting a refund on this trip
