Khalidiya Palace Rayhaan by Rotana

Het was een geweldig, grappig en plezierig weekend voor mij. Het hotel is erg mooi. Het personeel is ook vriendelijk en serveert goed. Het dinermenu was onverwacht. Het smaakte erg goed.

We had a wonderful stay overall! The thoughtful anniversary bed decorations and delicious small cake were such sweet touches that made our celebration special. We thoroughly enjoyed all the amenities—the jacuzzi, sauna, pool, and beach were fantastic. The international buffet was another highlight with so many delicious options to try! Our only minor concerns were that the window in our sea view room wasn't very clean, and the AC didn't get quite as cold as we would have liked. Aside from those small details, it was a memorable trip and we really loved our time here!

The staff of reception was very nice and the location of hotel very good and the view was perfect , I enjoy my stay

Room was fine, with a rich and diverse breakfast! Service was really good with a huge fitness and welness space.

Our stay at Khalidiya Palace Rayhaan by Rotana was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were surrounded by an atmosphere of elegance, warmth and genuine hospitality. It was the perfect setting for spending quality time together, and every member of our group thoroughly enjoyed the experience. What truly elevated our stay was the outstanding level of service. We would like to extend our sincere appreciation to Adeel, Si, Yasin, Fiska, Jalal, Shaming, Fazal, Saidiya (Manager), Delawar, Mahesh (Chef), Manoosa, Chef Lithin, Sashi, Sajan, Alex and Amel. Every one of them was exceptionally helpful, attentive and welcoming. Their professionalism, kindness and attention to detail made us feel genuinely valued throughout our stay. A special thank you also goes to the housekeeping team, who did a wonderful job keeping our rooms beautifully clean, fresh and comfortable every day. Their hard work and attention to detail certainly did not go unnoticed. The hotel facilities were wonderful. We especially loved the beautiful, clean swimming pool and the stunning sandy beach. The beach was the perfect place to relax, enjoy the sunshine and take in the peaceful surroundings. Everything was beautifully maintained, creating a truly relaxing and luxurious holiday atmosphere. The breakfast selection was superb, offering an impressive variety of fresh and delicious choices. There was something for everyone, and the quality of the food was excellent. A special thank you to Mahesh, Chef Lithin and the entire culinary team for making our dining experiences so enjoyable. We also loved the Shisha experience — beautifully presented, relaxing and perfectly suited to the wonderful atmosphere of the hotel. It was lovely to sit back, unwind and enjoy the surroundings together. The hotel has a wonderful sense of luxury, tranquillity and sophistication, while still maintaining a warm and welcoming feel. Whether enjoying breakfast, relaxing by the pool, spending time on the beach or simply taking in the beautiful surroundings, we felt completely at ease. This was more than just a hotel stay — it was a beautiful experience filled with wonderful hospitality, exceptional service, great food, relaxation and memories that we will cherish. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team, including the wonderful housekeeping staff, for looking after us so beautifully. We all had an incredible time and will absolutely be returning. Highly recommended — we cannot wait to come back! ❤️✨🌴

The hotel offers good value for money if you’re looking for an affordable 5-star stay, but it didn’t quite deliver the level of service and experience I expected from a luxury property. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, although fairly basic in terms of design and amenities. One of the highlights was the nice view of Qasr Al Watan and the nearby Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental. The gym was well-equipped, while the pool and beach areas were decent but not particularly memorable. Service could be improved, especially around staffing. The towel booth often seemed understaffed, and in general the hotel appeared to be operating with limited personnel, which affected the overall experience. I wouldn’t necessarily recommend it to travelers seeking a true luxury resort experience. However, if your priority is finding a reasonably priced 5-star hotel with clean rooms, good facilities, and attractive views, it could still be a suitable option.

They excepted very early check in without any problems, was nice and a very welcoming. The pool and the sauna areas are great and the seaside awesome and not crowded. I was alone but I think this hotel is awesome for the family trip with kids for sure. Food at the beach side was fresh and tasty as well! Highly recommended!

As always it was an awesome stay. Shout out to Thea for always taking care of us and of course to all the lovely staff at the property.

Stayed at Khalidiya Palace Rayhaan by Rotana and overall had a very enjoyable stay. The hotel was clean, well maintained, and the staff were professional and welcoming throughout the stay. The location was excellent, with easy access to the beach and beautiful views around the property. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the facilities such as the pool and gym were very good. Breakfast had a nice variety of options and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt relaxing and family friendly. A great choice for staying in Abu Dhabi and would consider returning again in the future.
