I just want to thank all the Staff from the front desk for helping and comforting the guests they were very professional, especially Mr. Eslam, Mr. Surya, and Ms. Koshilea they provided an Excellent room with a fantastic gulf view, everything was amazing, and the room is cozy and very clean,
also, Thanks to Mr. Mark, Ms. Michelle and Ms, Lovely from Sevilla restaurant the dinner and breakfast were amazing, and too many choices.
my kids were very satisfied with the Swimming pool and slides and also kids club.

【缺點】登機入住的時候，等了快半個小時，一直沒查到預訂的另一間房。
房間燈我很暗，wifi和電視都壞了。
床頭沒有充電的插頭，需要搬開牀頭櫃。想要找客房服務來修，不知道按到什麼鍵，還收了我電話費🙁
【優點】離海灘，機場和清真寺不遠，有泳池

Everything is exceptional from the reception to facilities. The receptionist even upgraded our room with free of charge and they even gave us free birthday cake which is very sweet.
The breakfast buffet has amazing variety of food, even kids love it. The pool is amazing too.I like how the bed is big and very clean, the pillow and towel are comfy.

Der Empfang an der Rezeption war recht herzlich. Das Zimmer und der Service waren gut und schnell. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls gut und ausreichend. Alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt.

這個價格，非常有性價比，自駕很方便，房間大，設施一應俱全。早餐固然有些本土，但吃飽也沒問題，畢竟還有粥，總之很不錯
