Zeer mooi, groot hotel, ik weet niet of het goed gelegen is of niet, omdat ik er maar één nacht heb verbleven
Behulpzaam personeel, eten is goed en de kamer schoon, een fitnessruimte en een zwembad ook goed
Het juiste eten en ze hebben ook een ruimte om iets te eten en te drinken
Ik vroeg om een rookkamer omdat ik dacht dat deze een terras had, maar het was alleen de asbak in de kamer

Het hotel behoort tot Millennium en de service is zeer goed. De locatie is ook goed. Het is slechts een busrit verwijderd van het busstation. Ctrip zei dat je 29 dirham aan belastingen en toeslagen moet betalen als je bij het hotel aankomt. De receptie heeft dit zelfs niet in rekening gebracht. Het hotel is relatief schoon. Alleen is het ontbijt niet geschikt voor Chinese magen, het is ongeveer twee kilometer naar de Perzische Golf. De openbare bus is erg handig en kost slechts twee yuan.

Approximately 30 minutes away from Abu Dhabi airport, Copthorne Downton is perfectly placed for all your needs. Shopping mall, Ferrari World, Yas marina are all 19 minutes away by car. Room was spacious and very homely.
Ladies at reception are real strength, dealing with no matter how big a problem with speed and efficiency. The concierge was very helpful and courteous. All the staff were eager to make my stay as comfortable as possible
I will definitely come back as I felt genuinely welcomed.

We’ve been traveling by for nearly a year and this was the best sleep we’ve had in months! Miles was super friendly and made checkin a breeze. We felt very welcomed! We were very lucky and received a room upgrade to a beautiful suite, but I think the room we had booked would have been nice as well. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Abu Dhabi.

Hotels are located in really fine locations, right at center of Abu Dhabi city. Room are also really nice, perfect place to stay in Abu Dhabi. Staff were also really friendly and helpful.

It's clean and comfortable, and the staff are good. The male cleaner, named Asan if I remember his name correctly. Very good service i will come back next time

The hotel location, ambience and service was super excellent. However the towels were very old and very hard to use, I believe it has been used more than a year and the shampoos and amenities were smelled very bad (very cheap items). Except overall stay was amazing!!!
