Het is heel erg. Blijf daar niet. Je kunt de veiligheid van toeristen niet eens garanderen. De verbindingen van de balkonleuningen zijn scherp. Als je per ongeluk in je vinger snijdt, gaat deze bloeden. Ik heb dit aan het hotel gemeld en de manager heeft mij gevraagd Ik heb nog steeds zin om te gaan eten? Als u mijn wond niet behandelt, stuurt u mij dan naar het ziekenhuis voor een tetanusprik? De manager vroeg me ook om geen pleister om te doen, maar het resultaat was dat ik bleef bloeden. Toen ik de manager feedback gaf, hing hij op. Het hotel was echt slecht en een oplichterij. Bovendien had het hotel het gevoel van een nachtclub, en het was erg luidruchtig. Het was de hele nacht luidruchtig. tot drie uur 's ochtends, en de luchthaven is vlakbij. Niet alleen zijn de raceauto's luidruchtig, maar de vliegtuigen zijn ook luidruchtig! Helemaal niet zoals een vijfsterrenhotel! Als je het lawaai wilt ervaren waardoor je midden in de nacht niet kunt slapen, de vlekken op de nieuwe badhanddoek van het hotel, de bekraste vinger op het balkon van het hotel die bloedt en niemand er iets om geeft, de slechte houding van de klantenservicemanager en hangt gewoon op, kom het ervaren!

The hotel is in the middle of the racecourse which can be noisy in the night, but it’s a good experience if you like F1.

W Hotel is one of the nicest hotels in Abu Dhabi and the architecture of it is stunning, the food options and drinks are great as well, the rooms are big as well.
The only downside of the stay was that the hotel is next to a race track and the noise is too much 😅

Awesome hotel with an amazing view facing the formula circuit!
Special thanks to the staff who served our in-room dinning during our 3 nights stay. The in-room dinning food was so yummy that my boy enjoyed so much!

Lack of Maintanance , example : breakfast table was very dirty and checked with the service person and he said it’s a design and later main manager came and admitted , customer service is very low
