My two nights here were a perfect escape. The room felt like a retreat into calm. I especially loved the private baths, quiet, serene, and easy to access.
What made the stay truly unforgettable was the kindness of the staff. From the afternoon tea with a Japanese sweet served in the room to their constant thoughtfulness and gentle smiles, every detail made me feel welcomed and cared for.
My stay here will remain one of the most memorable parts of my time in Japan.
I booked this hotel because of the indoor natural onsen bath and it's really great! The hotel room itself is big and clean. We saw an insect but overall I think still OK. They allowed us to check in earlier and kept our luggage after checkout.
View is super good and food is very nice.
Yet the most disappointing point is the public bath is not adjacent to the onsen and there is no towel provided in the public bath even onsen tax is charged.
Overall is a good experience, the front desk staff is friendly.
Surrounded by detective Conan if you like anime.
good : bed sheets are good fabric i think. and also you can get different types of pillows extra.
bad : laundry dryer machines are too small so need to use for 3 rounds at least.
Friendly staff , tranquil environment, suggested staff to be better equipped with English communication skills so as to accommodate tourists , overall experience is great!
Great location and super spacious room. We picked the option inclusive of breakfast and dinner & truly enjoyed it. Walking distance to JR station with lots of good food around. 10/10 would recommend. The onsen comes with private or public bath which is great for people who don’t want to be in the public with strangers but still want to enjoy onsen
Room is spacious and comfortable. Hot springs is good and the beach is just a footstep out. The dinner quality is not that good as I’ve expected.
Uitstekend

Amazing
GGuest UserThe private bath room was booked, and the room and the pool were very clean.
I made an appointment for the pick-up one day in advance, and I saw the driver when I got out of the station. It took 15 minutes from Kurayoshi Station to the hotel.
The service attitude was very good, and they would lead and introduce the hotel facilities and various locations.
There is a supermarket directly opposite the hotel.
GGuest UserThe station shuttle service was excellent, and the hotel reception staff were very welcoming and attentive. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and offered stunning views. They even provided fun onsen tamago (hot spring eggs), and the lobby offered drinks and coffee, which was a thoughtful touch. The hotel also had a wide selection of souvenir shops, and a morning fruit market was very convenient. The meals were plentiful and delicious.
The location of the open-air onsen changes in the morning and evening, offering different lake views.
This is a highly recommended hotel.
GGuest UserOverall, I was satisfied. The parking lot is large enough, and there are two lounge access hours. The hot spring closes at 11:00 PM. Breakfast may require queuing if there are many people, and the elevator may take a long time if there are many people. There are self-service water dispensers on each floor, which is very convenient.
GGuest UserI'm not sure why this place is marketed as suitable for families. We skipped the hot spring baths because pre-showering wasn't permitted, and honestly, artificial hot springs don't really appeal to me. Overall, it was just okay – nothing particularly good or bad. On the plus side, it's very close to Tottori Station and there are plenty of dining options nearby.
MM14569****Facilities: The hotel has all the standard amenities, including an outdoor private onsen, and the room is very spacious with a sea view. The large outdoor bath also offers a breathtaking sea view, providing a truly refreshing experience. Don't miss out on the delicious Oyama milk from the vending machine.
Hygiene: The indoor areas are clean. Since there are many insects in summer, just remember to close the outdoor door promptly, and you'll be fine.
Environment: Located in Kaike Onsen village, it's a seaside hot spring with a white sand beach below. The sea water is clean, perfect for swimming, and kids can enjoy digging in the sand.
Service: The staff were incredibly thoughtful. As soon as they saw us from afar, they proactively ran over to greet us and helped with our luggage. On our departure day, they even arranged a car to take us to the station, despite it being only a 3-minute drive. They insisted on providing a dedicated car according to our schedule to protect us from the summer sun, which was very heartwarming. The welcome afternoon tea in the lobby offered a variety of drinks.
The breakfast and dinner truly deserve special praise. We booked a half-board plan, and the dinner was exquisite and delicious, featuring seasonal seafood like oysters and three different doneness levels of steak, all incredibly tasty. We enjoyed our meal while watching the sunset. Breakfast was amazing, a buffet with both Japanese and Western options, an incredible variety. There were so many desserts and ice creams that we couldn't even try them all, and everything tasted excellent. They even provided small trolleys to help us carry our food, which is a rare thoughtful touch I've encountered in the many onsen hotels I've stayed at.
GGuest UserThe hotel boasts over 100 years of history and has hosted the Emperor. The ambiance is truly excellent. The room was quite large, and the Western-style bed was very comfortable, with a tatami mat, making it spacious enough for three people. The food was decent, but not amazing. We visited during crab season. The hot springs are truly wonderful, with several indoor and outdoor pools. The soaks leave your skin feeling smooth, and afterward, you're provided with drinkable hot spring water and a variety of Japanese teas. The shoe storage area at the entrance is a UV sterilizer—a nice touch!
HHo Man TommyLocation
The location is excellent, just a 3-minute walk from the train station, making it super convenient for exploring the area.
Dining
One of the highlights was the free ramen offered at night—such a nice touch! Breakfast was also fantastic, featuring a wide range of choices that catered to all tastes.
Amenities
The onsen was a perfect way to relax after a long day. The soothing hot springs really added to the overall experience.
View
The views from the hotel were stunning, providing a beautiful backdrop during my stay.
Overall
This hotel exceeded my expectations with its great location, delicious food, and relaxing amenities. I highly recommend it!
FFrostnova_6The hotel is very close to Tottori Station. From the North Exit, you just cross the underpass and pass the Maruyu Department Store. Perhaps because it's in Tottori, the single room isn't particularly small. The room facilities are typical of a Japanese business hotel. On the second floor, there's a large public bath and a relaxation area. Washing machines are free to use, and they even offer complimentary ramen at night. The breakfast is also quite substantial.
Oolgakay92Building just minute away from Tottori Station! Very closed and I was happy to stay here!
There is breakfast for free and night drink. Room with bathtub and they provide iPhone/Android cable at room and it was point plus for us. They have alot amenities and Onsen (too bad I wasn’t tried it since we just arrived from Kinosaki) Staff not really good in English but they really supportive. Closed to Aeon as well and so far two thumbs from us and if I come again (definitely I’ll come back to Tottori) I will stay here again🫶🏼🫶🏼
GGiuliThe room was spacious, they provide daily cute snacks and the staff was kind (they could speak basic English). They have free parking on site that is really convenient. However, we were quite disappointed by noticing that our room was on a parking lot view and not as advertised on the website. We weren't aware that the separate shower and bath were the onsen. It was an amazing onsen - with 2 private ones for families, but we needed to walk a bit and with a baby wasn't the best. Quite pricy but nice room.
