In general I recommend this place. It's well located, it's new, the rooms are really nice! The rooms are well equipped, big, confortable and clean. I have to mention that the staff in general is nice, Zyad from reception and Mahmoud from the kitchen that serves the breakfast, for example, they are very gentle and kind. I'm thankful for their attention. The only point to improve is the cleanliness of the pool. I've been 5 days and they didn't clean the pool any day (maybe because it's not summer anymore and they think is not necessary?), so I didn't had the chance to try it unfortunately. That's a point to improve.

When you look for a building that looks like a Western hotel chain, you won't find this hotel. While this hotel exterior is quite unique, the room is clean and well-equipped with modern facilities including AC, Internet TV, free wifi, and bathtub with jacuzzi👍 The owner and his staffs are friendly and very supportive. Among them, MORIZZ’s generous support is as wonderful as the cup of tea or coffee he makes! If you want to experience exoticism while enjoying modern facilities, I recommend this hotel.

We kwamen laat in de avond aan om in te checken. We waren al zo moe, maar de receptie kon onze kamer voor vier personen met twee queensize bedden, die we geboekt hadden en als rookvrij hadden aangegeven, niet vinden. Het duurde even, maar toen kon hij vrolijk aankondigen dat hij ons zou upgraden naar een suite, omdat hij onze kamer niet kon vinden. Toen we naar de suite gingen, bleek dat deze slechts één kingsize bed had en niet geschikt was voor ons gezin van vier, dus moesten we opnieuw vragen om van kamer te wisselen. Het duurde nog eens ongeveer 20 minuten voordat ze eindelijk onze kamer hadden gevonden, die helaas niet twee queensize bedden had zoals geadverteerd, maar slechts twee tweepersoonsbedden. De kamer was ook maar voor drie personen ingericht met drie sets handdoeken. Toiletartikelen ontbraken ook, want het leek erop dat deze kamer echt niet was voorbereid en klaargemaakt. Het duurde een heel uur voordat alles klaar was, en we waren al zo moe. De douches hadden ook erg weinig waterdruk, heel anders dan bij Intercon. Het enige goede was het Italiaanse restaurant.
