"Very clean. Staff were nice. The only pool that had water was the ~1.5m pool, but it’s location was perfect (shaded) for afternoon swims. Pool has floodlights to allow for night swimming, as well, which is nice. Kids enjoyed the indoor children’s soft play area. Location is pretty far from major urban areas, but this is to be expected for a country club; there are shops within walking distance to purchase food / snacks (also a shop inside the hotel). Rooms were clean, nice balcony. Our family had a nice time."

"The room was very satisfactory. I recommend everyone to try it. You can choose Tiantai Restaurant as a place to eat. You can also get up early to climb the mountain and walk around because it is inside the scenic area. I went there during the Qingming Festival, which was just right. There were flowers everywhere, which made me feel better.
Facilities: Very new, the toilet is heated and can clean your butt

"The staff was very friendly and helpful with answering questions and assisting us without even asking. The amenities are top notch. The place was clean but a little attention to details would make it better (like the stained carpet in the bedroom. We ended up with an ugly but clean view. Even saw people walking by and was about to change so glad that there was curtain in the bathroom area but I love the open and airiness of the room. The hallways were dark as well as the hallway along the first floor corridor. I think it’s for the atmosphere. The amenities were amazing. The food for breakfast was not memorable but suitable and cooked well. The pool area was so crowded with children so I passed but everyone look like they were enjoying it. Overall, I would definitely stay again."

"過年來的，訂了兩天兩間房，年三十和初一連住，三十人還不多，初一開始明顯的人比較多了。和父母一塊入住，泡了温泉，室內室外的都挺好的，房間還給做了升級，環境設施衞生乾淨，很不錯的酒店。
飲食方面，年三十包括初一中午衹能點餐，還好可以存菜，吃不完也沒有浪費下頓繼續吃，白菜水餃好吃，韭菜的比較難吃。初一晚上開自助了，菜品中規中矩吧衹能説是。酒店住宿不錯，吃的差一點。"

GGuest UserBefore our arrival, Xiao Zhang from the hotel proactively called to ask about our needs. Our two room requests (adjoining rooms and a high floor) were both fulfilled. The room service was incredibly responsive, which deserves praise! There's an onsen for rainy evenings, and a beach and pool for sunny days. I heard they also have a pet park and a cat cafe (didn't get a chance to visit), so as a family-friendly hotel, the facilities are quite comprehensive.
I was quite worried after seeing many negative reviews before our trip. While it's true that there are signs of age and some humidity issues, overall, it exceeded my expectations.
I have two suggestions:
1. The welcome fruit could be improved. The current quality is quite average. Perhaps replace it with local specialties like Qing Shi calcium milk biscuits or shell-shaped pastries, which would offer more consistent quality.
2. There were few bed rails, and they didn't seem very sturdy. An upgrade would be appreciated.

GGuest UserThe room was very spacious, and we booked one with a large bathtub, which our kids absolutely loved. The hotel has direct elevator access to the hot springs, which was incredibly convenient. The hot springs area is huge, with a kids' playground and even a children's water park. Highly recommended!
It would have been even better if the room had baby bathrobes and slippers ready.

ZZhao10100This was my second stay here, and the hotel service was excellent. Miss Lin Feng at the front desk was incredibly responsive to all my requests, and even reminded me when I left something in my room. The breakfast selection was extensive. This time, I stayed in Building 5, which is right next to the unpowered playground and soccer field, and my little one had a fantastic time playing there.

GGuest UserA perfect trip! From the moment I arrived, I was stunned by the view. Sitting in the bathtub or lying in bed, gazing at the sea and listening to music, my soul felt completely purified. The croissants for breakfast were delicious, and from the window, I could see so many interesting things happening outside – like couples taking wedding photos, which made me feel surrounded by happiness. Before sunset, you can catch the most beautiful evening glow from here. It's so pleasant and comfortable. My nearly three-day trip left me lingering, I really loved this guesthouse!

TTianyayifeiA very warm business trip. The reception at the front desk was very enthusiastic. I took a special look at the receptionist, his employee number was 057, thank you. The next day, I was in a hurry to go out to do something and threw my used socks on the floor. When I got back to the hotel, the staff had already washed it for me. Although the matter is small, it makes me feel warm inside. Thank you service staff.

GGuest UserThis is such a unique hotel!! I highly recommend it to anyone looking to heal and relieve fatigue!! The room has a small water heater, which avoids the problem of unclean kettles!! There's a huge private hot spring bath!! The subtle herbal scent is so soothing!! The receptionist, Yifei, knew I was there to relax and asked what time I'd arrive and if I needed the hot spring broth prepared in advance. She also arranged for warm air conditioning and online registration, allowing me to enjoy my time alone without any contact – I really loved it!! I feel a very high chance I'll come back again!!

MmeloncatThe room was clean and tidy, and provided a large bottle of water, fruit platter, yogurt, and cookies. There was also a small tent, plush toys, building blocks, and a rocking horse, which the children loved. The breakfast was plentiful, and the hot spring was fantastic. The butler was very responsible, handling everything from booking, check-in, and check-out perfectly; their service deserves a thumbs up! At check-out, both kids received a small gift, which made them very happy. A delightful day; we'll definitely come back for a vacation again.

GGuest UserThe resort offers a stunning view and beautiful natural surroundings. However, there were a few challenges, especially for international travelers. Pre-arrival information was limited, and important details like the need to register vehicles in advance to enter the scenic area were not clearly stated on the website. I only learned about this by messaging the hotel via WeChat, which may not be accessible to all foreign guests.
While the location was excellent, room maintenance could be improved for the price. The pool tub was not well maintained. As the resort is set in nature, it’s also worth noting that insects may be present in the room or bed.
Overall, a scenic stay, but more proactive communication and better upkeep would enhance the experience, particularly for foreign visitors.

3360zExcellent stay! The room was new and spacious, and the location was super convenient. The ocean view from our room was fantastic. Customer service was very responsive; they even replied to our WeChat messages instantly in the middle of the night. The swimming pool was clean, and the changing rooms were really roomy.

NNicyDespite the great location, the hotel has not been maintained and many things are looking a bit worse for wear.
Our room wasn’t properly cleaned during our stay and only after I complained to management was it thoroughly cleaned.
They towels and bedding have seen better days.
The amenities does not look anything like the pictures. It all needs serious renovations. The billiard room as featured was non-existent and the gym is only 3 machines which doesn’t even include a treadmill.
Staff members were very helpful, kind and accommodating, but that doesn’t make up for the lack of maintenance.
We were very happy that the beer festival was on the premises and enjoyed the music and food.
Views from the room is breathtaking.
