"The room is very nice, modern and well furnished. The breakfast is not as good as one could have expected. You can find similar hotels in China with way better breakfasts. The buffet had a decent size, but the food's quality was not high. I am also very disappointed by the hotel's gym which was only open until 6 pm due to the lack of staff (as reported by the hotel's reception) which is way too early when you perform a business trip and that you go back at the hotel after 8 pm."

"This was the best hotel we stayed at for this trip & it was also the cheapest. The service was truly immaculate. The hotel gave us a free breakfast which had a very good selection & tasted great. Most of the dishes were very well done. The hotel even provided free laundry service that was done within 2 hours. We could also watch everything on the tv for free. The room itself was spotless & very nicely decorated. The hotel looked very new to us. The location was also great with a shopping mall nearby with many food options & a supermarket. All in all, a perfect 2 night stay."

"De locatie van het hotel is erg afgelegen; er zijn praktisch geen winkels, restaurants of supermarkten in de buurt. De inrichting van de kamer is vrij eenvoudig. De kamer was redelijk schoon en het beddengoed was comfortabel. De geluidsisolatie was echter niet erg goed; ik kon 's avonds laat duidelijk mensen horen praten op de gang. Omdat het buiten het hoogseizoen was, was het hotelrestaurant gesloten en werd het ontbijtbuffet vervangen door bestellen van een menukaart in het restaurant. De keuze was beperkt en de smaak was matig. De service van het hotel was erg goed; het personeel bij de receptie was zeer beleefd en regelde zelfs een gratis transfer van en naar de luchthaven bij vertrek."

"Our family occasionally come to Hot Springs Valley and we stayed at different hotels. Phoenix has an impressive design of the lobby. We came for a short family relax stay to enjoy the hot springs and had overall a pleasant experience. Despite the hotel itself is not so new, it's a nice place to stay thanks to the helpful staff and a great garden where kids can play. A restaurant provides a Hubei signature dishes. To get to the hatstrings the reception is providing a cart with a driver, which is a warm and welcoming gesture."

The 270-degree floor-to-ceiling windows directly face the canyon cliffs. In the mornings, clouds drift over the mountain ridges, and in the evenings, you can watch the sunset paint the green hills. You can soak in the magnificent scenery of Enshi Grand Canyon without even leaving your room. The common areas also feature a fun swimming pool and observation decks, perfect for stunning photos with a great atmosphere. The guest rooms are clean and tidy, with soft and comfortable bedding and complete facilities, making for a very pleasant stay. The owners are warm, friendly, and attentive, even offering advice on travel routes. Breakfast includes authentic Tujia snacks, full of local flavor. And by the way, the dinner at the owner's place is also excellent!👍 It's very close to the Grand Canyon scenic area, and the B&B even provides a shuttle service to the park entrance! 😊 This makes returning after your visit very convenient. "We had a very tight schedule and the the host made it super convenient for us to reach the train station. A car was arranged to pick us up from Wudang entrance (the car collected all our luggage from minsu first then come and pick us to go train station straight) - help us to rush so that we can catch the train. Not to mention the host is friendly, room is clean and as posted on trip com. We had dinner and breakfast at the lodging and food taste superb! Nothing to fault. Location is ideal as well! One of my best stay so far!"

"Had a nice stay here. It’s not super close, but only a short drive to the canyon. I enjoyed morning jog on the road (there is no pedestrian path, so you take your own risks if decide to do the same). You can feel the owner put in a lot of thoughts into the design and operate the place. All staff are super friendly. The outdoor setup offer places for small gathering. Heated hot pool is perfect for relaxing the muscles after hiking. Amenities in the room is adequate. The construction quality is not doing justice for the beautiful design. And the bathroom area could use some deep cleaning. Overall, we really enjoyed the stay. Families and small groups will have a good time staying here! (Photo from morning jog and from the room)"
