Hotel is located in the city centre next to 步行街 (walking street) and it’s less than 8 mins walk from Mudangjiang train station . Received good service from front desk. This hotel offer entrance ticket to guests to use their 8号温泉 Hotspring bathhouse. Very good to rest, relax and have a good rub back

This might be the best hotel in Yabuli. I couldn't describe how welcomed we felt by owner Ms Jiang upon stepping into this hotel. The hospitality we received from the owner and crews were top notch! In conjunction with winter solstice, Ms Jiang even served us some of her homemade dumplings and a slice of tiramisu cake! This hotel was spotless clean, modern, Room was spacious, comfortable, and came with all the expensive branded appliances, Toto bidet, Dyson hair dryer, and even SMEG kettle?! 😍 Absolutely enjoyed my stay, and best hotel throughout my trip to China so far! Will definitely stay here again should there be a repeat visit to Yabuli. Thanks for the hospitality Ms Jiang ❤️

We gingen erheen op basis van **'s introductie, en ik werd niet teleurgesteld! Complete faciliteiten, schone en elegante omgeving! Over de service gesproken, ik kan er echt lang over praten. Van de algemeen directeur tot de obers, de service is echt geweldig. De algemeen directeur gaf heel veel om ons. Elke dag als hij ons ontmoette, vroeg hij ons een paar hartverwarmende woorden. Toen stelde hij ons voor aan Manager Zhang (een hele mooie zus). Mijn moeder had plotseling buikpijn en zij en verschillende werknemers zorgden op alle mogelijke manieren voor haar. Ik kan niet uitdrukken hoe dankbaar ze was. Ze vroeg zelfs aan de keuken om gember en suikerwater te koken en stuurde het ons meteen. Ze bleef bij ons totdat we mijn moeder terugstuurden naar de villa. Ze bracht ons persoonlijk gember en suikerwater voor het avondeten. Ze was zo attent! De huishoudster gaf ons ook een elektrische kachel voor het geval we het koud zouden krijgen (we hadden het niet koud nadat we waren ingecheckt). We kunnen ook een warmwaterbronbad nemen in de villa (de villa heeft een eigen groot warmwaterbronbad)! Er is ook Manager Xu van het restaurant (een zeer elegante zuster). Toen een oudere persoon olie op zijn kleding kreeg, zag ze het van alle kanten, stapte snel naar voren om naar de situatie te vragen en draaide zich om naar de keuken om wasmiddel te halen. Ik zie haar elke dag als ik naar het restaurant ga. Ze is erg enthousiast en houdt van lachen (mensen die van lachen houden, hebben geluk). Om het samen te vatten: haar service-attitude is soms moeilijk te vinden, zelfs in een vijfsterrenhotel! Alle werknemers in de Shuishi Forest Hot Spring, zolang je ze kunt zien, moeten wel lachen! Hoewel deze reis maar 3 dagen duurde, heb ik er diepe herinneringen aan. Dankjewel. Ik neem in de toekomst mijn familie en vrienden mee! De toekomst ziet er veelbelovend uit en wij kijken uit naar onze volgende ontmoeting!

民宿新開不滿一年，所以各方面設施都很新都完好。院內可以停車，步行至鏡泊湖景區約一公里，庭院中式設計，有點四合院感覺。 屋內設施完善，推門淡淡香薰，電動窗簾，智能馬桶，大屏電視，衞浴乾濕分離等配置超前超出期待。可提供餐飲，老闆親自掌勺，飯菜味道不輸大廚。 如果全是優點肯定有刷好評嫌疑，不足之處如沒配備吹風機，衞生間兩卷廁紙都不是全新，衹有不到半卷，衞生間排風扇聲音很大。此外挑不出毛病了。值得推薦

The service from the hotel was beyond expectation. We enjoyed the hotel facilities, indoor and outdoor hotspring, dinner, started off from front desk who are well trained, led by manager who knows the hotel inside out and made us feel at home. The room are spacious, dedicated housekeeping crews did their job well and we feel like going home after everyday’s traveling outdoor at the coldest place we ever traveled to in our life. Crews who gained our highest respect on their superb service are as follows:- 张云河，孙宇，夏子寒，秀力，王玉梅，葛玉兰. The manager 张云河 really went extra steps made my mom’s new year count down dreams come true. It’s unforgettable 2026 new year countdown that we have ever enjoyed! Will choose the same hotel again if we were to come Harbin again. Owh ya, tried the first even 搓澡, the crew are so professional and expert!! Nice experience especially for 71 years old mom and 7 years old daughter!

Service: very good. They reply really fast and really helpful. Before, during and after the staying, they really helpfull. Activity: they prepare activity for free which is tanghulu making and water splash ( which trow water and it turn into ice for great picture) The surrounding: the view is really pretty and it near convinient store and restaurants. Infront of the hotel have place to play snow, it not beside the main road so it safe to play there. U can walk around at night and take pretty picture. Extra service (talk to the owner, not include with hotel price, need to pay extra): 1. we need to eat halal food. Since there no halal restaurant here, the hotel cook for us (lunch & dinner) 2. They help us book transport from harbin city to here and from here to harbin city 3. They help us book the horse ride to watch the scenery

The hotel is located in a great area with a beautiful mountain view that you can enjoy directly from the property. Right next to the hotel, there is a delicious shaokao restaurant which makes it very convenient. The room was clean, comfortable, and very cozy. The service was excellent — the staff were extremely polite and helpful. They kindly assisted me with my large suitcases and even helped me dry my laundry late at night, which I truly appreciated. Highly recommended. The breakfast was also very good.

五星好評，位置特別好找，離地鐵站超近，過來很方便。思睿服務很到位，設施也很棒，哈哈哈説一個細節，衞生間很乾凈，早餐味道特別好，這個細節真的很戳我！！

В целом отель хороший, я бы остановился снова. Есть как плюсы, так и минусы. Плюсы: 1. Современный; 2. Хороший завтрак; 3. Огромные номера; 4. Большая кровать; 5. Большой телевизор; 6. Персонал приветливый, старается помочь; 7. Управление светом и шторами у кровати; 8. В номере есть и душ, и ванная; 9. Зимой очень тепло в номере, что для китайского отеля даже удивительно; 10. Сам отель большой и красивый - лобби впечатляет даже искушенного туриста. Минусы: 1. В номере нет сейфа; 2. За 6 ночей ни разу не поменяли постельное белье; 3. Для того чтобы поменяли полотенца, приходилось класть их на раковину; 4. Ни разу не помыли пол в номере; 5. Очень сильная слышимость из коридора; 6. При выезде, во время возвращения залога (100 юаней), спросили про маленькое белое полотенце, которое горничная забрала, но не обновила. Что было совсем неприятно, пришлось доказывать, что мы это полотенце не брали. Иначе бы не вернули залог. Резюмируя, отель за свою цену очень даже хорош. Видно, что работники стараются держать качество на высоком уровне, но «по-китайски».

新裝修房屋，設施齊全，環境衞生。很有東北特色的大炕，小孩穿上特色的東北花妖，睡東北大炕。老闆一家人做事認真，待人很熱情，帶我們到附近的山邊轉了轉，能看到東北最高峯，踏着白茫茫的大雪走在林間，有林海雪原之美，真切享受到雪美景緻；早上熱氣騰騰的東北早餐，中午小雞燉蘑菇；門口就能玩潑水成冰、滑雪道、坐馬拉爬犁……在這個冬季居住此地，享受冬景雪趣，讓人留流忘返
