The hostel has the best location ever in LA (In my opinion). Just 2 mins walk and you can arrive at the Hollywood/highland metro station. Here, you can either go to Downtown or Santa Monica Beach within 1 hour (depends on the trains' arrival time as it varies a lot). There are a lot of restaurants nearby too and, they are very good!!! The staffs are helpful too and the vibe is very inclusive. I have joined a resident-initiated concert and I love that. Considering the price (breakfast included), I believe this is the best hostel for solo-travelers.

First time, i stayed at hostel and the hostel was acceptable with location and safety in hostel. Bus stops and metro is prettt easy to use. The people was nice to talk and communicate in hostel. Easy check in-out. The breakfast is not breakfast, just bread, nutella, peanut butter and pancake mix. Every morning, a lady cleaned the bathroom. Everyone was respectful to be quiet for others in my room; i was lucky✨🤞🏻

First time at 66 years old in a hostel and amazed by how friendly everyone is and good the rooms are. We had an en-suite room with white towels, clean white bedding on a very comfortable bed, room serviced every day, just round the corner from Union Square, and all the transport links. Fabulous location, and excellent value for money. Thank you to the lovely helpers at the check in desk.

Best hostel ever! It has many facilities, has friendly and social hosts and staff and great location. It also provides free simple breakfast (fruit, coffee, waffles) and you can rent surf material and bikes in there. Also great atmosphere all day long if you want to meet new people.

The location is perfect for Venice Beach and short walk from Santa Monica. Bike and scooter rental on the doors step as well as bars restaurants and coffee shops. The staff here are super helpful and the rooms are clean. Great shared space to chill over looking the beach. Tea and coffee facilities 24hr with use of kitchen. Bagels and porridge oats available for breakfast. Shower rooms and toilets spotless with great water pressure.

Het hotel is gunstig gelegen in het hart van San Diego, omringd door talloze bars en restaurants. Een nabijgelegen bus biedt gemakkelijke toegang tot de luchthaven. Het hotel is goed onderhouden en biedt aangename voorzieningen, waaronder een pooltafel en speelautomaten. Eén nadeel is echter ook de locatie: het ligt midden in een levendige uitgaanswijk, wat 's nachts tot geluidsoverlast kan leiden. Als u gevoelig bent voor lawaai, kunt u beter een ander hotel overwegen.

Private beds with curtains providing privacy. Pillow too soft and thin for me. Has shelf to put things and hooks for hanging clothes. Shower was great. Rainshower head with strong water pressure. Bathroom very clean. Pot of coffee provided in the morning. Surrounding area has many homeless, but they don't bother you so no worries.

Het lag op een geweldige locatie, dicht bij het toeristische gebied en dicht bij de bushalte. De kamer beschikt over drie stapelbedden, twee stoelen, een kluisje voor waardevolle spullen en een badkamer met douche en toilet. Het bed had verduisteringsgordijnen aan de boven- en onderkant, die heel gemakkelijk te sluiten waren, en het was eenvoudig en comfortabel genoeg om gewoon te slapen. De kluis voor waardevolle spullen kon op slot als je je eigen hangslot had, en het was niet zoals de kluisjes in Boston waar je je tassen en kleding opbergt, maar alleen kleine handtassen en waardevolle spullen. Het ontbijt was gratis en bestond uit ontbijtgranen, yoghurt, bananen, enz. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en ik zou het hotel zeker weer gebruiken als ik de kans heb om opnieuw te gaan.

Good location, close to the bart, but also sketchy, as many places in SF. The stuff is friendly, beds are clean. Minus the beds are steel so it makes a lot of noise when sb turning in the bed. For breakfast you have cereals but not oats, some coffee and tea, no milk, and waffles (bit to chewy) and some banana and yoghurt but with a lot of sugars in it. Sad that kitchen is closed after 10 or 11pm and there’s no other water fountain.
