Hostels in Mazovia, Poland

stayed at this hostel twice in late December and it was a great experience for the price. The beds were surprisingly comfortable and the entire place was very clean which made it easy to get some good rest. I really liked the location because it is within walking distance of the Warszawa Zachodnia station and there are trams to the city center right outside the door. The staff at the front desk was helpful and the 24 hour reception made the check in process very simple. It is definitely one of the best budget options in Warsaw if you want something reliable and well located.

Ik kwam bij Dom Sofia rond 5 AM de 24/7 ontvangst was een grote plus. Een zeer aardige en hulpvolle dame op het front desk verwelkomde me en maakte check-in gemakkelijk. Het hostel is basis, maar je krijgt wat je betaalt Dit is een van de goedkoopste plaatsen in Warschau, dus bereid je voor een gemengde menigte. Het bed was schoon en vers, met zachte kippen, en ik sliep goed. De badkamer was ook schoon en zonder problemen. Over het geheel genomen, een solide keuze voor de prijs.

De locatie is goed, vlakbij de oude stad. Er waren slechts twee badkamers voor vier slaapzalen, en die waren altijd bezet. De plek werd niet vaak schoongemaakt, dus het voelde niet erg netjes aan. Je moest betalen om de keuken te gebruiken, en je kon zelfs de koelkast of het servies niet gebruiken zonder te betalen. Het ontbijt, dat 30 PLN kostte, was vrij eenvoudig, dus ik raad aan om te ontbijten bij de nabijgelegen melkbar, daar ben je voor de helft goedkoper.

清潔で管理されていてとても快適でした。部屋自体は狭いですが、とても清潔で寝心地の良いベッドで疲れも取れました。２泊したのですが、２泊目にうるさくにおいとかも強めな他の方が泊まっていましたが、フロントの方に言ったら快く部屋を変更してくれ過ごしやすい部屋にいれたので助かりました。バルコニーで休んでる時に内側から鍵をかけられ中に入れなくなった時は焦りましたが、ホテルに電話したらすぐかけつけてもらえたので問題ありませんでした。ホテル周辺の朝と夜の雰囲気は違いましたが、周辺の空気も朝と夜も良く、またここに来る事があればまた選びたいホテルになりました！

Self checkin instructions were clear, the door handle for entering the passcode was a little annoying tho LOL. I booked the one with private bathroom and it is okay. Didn’t expect it to provide towels. WiFi is a bit weak. There is a kitchen and fridge and kettle in the public area. Luggage storage after check out was available. All is good. Will come back if I come to Warsaw again.

Девушки на ресепшн такие недружелюбные. Лишний раз к ним не обратишься, что очень непривычно. Обычно даже самый плохой хостел можно спасти за счет классных доброжелательных сотрудников. Дальше. Мне дали проходной номер. То есть я специально выбрала номер с меньшим кол-вом кроватей, чтобы чувствовать себя в безопасности. Но пока я сплю мимо меня и моих вещей буквально ходят посторонние люди🤡 Я несколько раз закрывала дверь в комнату, но каждый раз она в след раз оказывалась отпертой. Я сказала об этом на ресепшн, мне сказали что «нет, номер не проходной, но да, там 2 двери». На мой комментарий что там всю ночь кто то ходил, я получила только негодование в виде покачивания головой🤡 В хостеле есть общее пространство у зоне ресепшн, но находиться там некомфортно. Кухни нет. Ванная и душевая отдельно для мужчин, отдельно для женщин. Интерьер угнетающий. По коридору ходят голые мужики с пузом🤡. Кровать в комнате скрипучая. Кондиционера нет. После моего опыта проживания в многих хостелах европы, этот оказался худшим🥸

The location is 30 to 40 minutes by tram from Old town square. The price is cheap but the reception smell very bad, and the room also smell bad. Lucky the wash room and bathroom is still fine. The receptionist do not speak English or she just don't want to talk. Everything was body language. But she did email and send messages to trip to tell me the main door password. I suppose she don't speak English. 1 more thing is the hostel do not have a signboard. But Google map location is correct. Fro.m the airport to the hostel need around 1hour time. Take FlixBus to city and change tram to halo wola station.

The hostel is in a very good location and it was a 30 minute walk to most major attractions. Big bonus for this hostel's location is that it is surrounded by many good restaurants. We stayed in the large room and it was clean but a little dated. The hostel is located in a building that is more than 100 years old so you have to work through a maze of stairs to get to the room and there is no elevator. We were surprised to find out that the large room didn't have its own bathroom as many of the rooms did say when they had a shared bathroom when we booked. The shared bathroom was fine but a little small. We were given a bottle of shower gel but there was no shampoo so you may want to consider bringing your own. Big downside to this hostel was that the windows don't have good soundproofing and we had lots of bars nearby which meant it was noisy late at night and in the morning you could hear the traffic. If you're a light sleeper you may want your own earplugs. The large room did come with its own kitchen that was equipped with utensils, plates and cookware. The room did not have AC and the open window did cool it down a bit but also made it a bit noisier.

This apartment has everything needed for a short stay. It is in an excellent location in a nice quiet area, and a pleasant courtyard behind the gated wall. .

Its a very good budget hotel with several options based on your budget, from individual rooms to shared rooms. They seems to have good rules for everyone to follow, which is good. There was a small issue with my stay as i was asked to pay for breakfast at the restaurant while i had paid in advance at the time of booking. I told the lady many times that i have paid already and showed the voucher as well, but she was not impressed. that was bit annoying. Matter was resolved in the end, when she accepted her mistake and apologized. That is a sign of good people. So, in the end good experience.
