"Небольшой, но уютный домик , кровать удобная, белье чистое, было очень комфортно. На общей кухне есть всё самое необходимое для приготовления пищи. Общие душевые и туалеты чистые. Есть зона для отдыха и настольных игр, также есть отдельная зона с настольным теннисом. Расположение отличное - прямо на берегу озера, виды превосходные! Персонал очень приветливый и дружелюбный!"

"不推薦該酒店：1、作為坐落在蒂阿瑙的酒店竟然整個酒店衹有區區十多個停車位，停車位要靠搶，不知道的還以為是在皇后鎮；2、門鎖特別古老特別難開，一開始拿了鑰匙怎麼都開不了門，必須同時開鎖+門往裡麪推才打得開；3、價格不便宜，要價900多，隔壁village inn衹要800不到，而且所謂湖景房還被他們家一樓的頂棚遮掉不少，衹能看見一部分湖景。"

The rooms are well-equipped and spacious, with three bedrooms and a living room, offering eight beds in total. The sheets are clean and soft. Laundry and drying facilities are convenient, and there's private parking available, with the added bonus of car wash access.

The room was right by the lake, very close to the town center and the firefly viewing area. The only downside was the lack of an elevator; since we were staying on the second floor, we had to carry our luggage up ourselves, and the receptionist, an older woman, offered no help whatsoever. Also, the room didn't have air conditioning, but since it was February, the temperature was acceptable.

Yoyo CHLove this place very much. Very clean and spacious room, there were elderly friendly toilet & bathroom ( we had another bathroom with bathtub).
The kitchen is well equipped. The view overlooking the lake was superb.
Jetty to glowworms just in walking distance (1km). Numerous restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance as well (1-1.5km). You can just park your car in the apartment and walk slowly along the lake to enjoy the stunning scenery.

I would have given this a 5-star rating. However, I deducted one star due to staff behaviour and a fire alarm that went off at 5:00 a.m., requiring guests to evacuate the hotel.
Additionally, the staff could benefit from some customer service training, particularly in showing warmth and empathy toward guests. When we visited the front desk at 12:30 p.m. to enquire about an early check-in, the staff member was not at all understanding or accommodating. She bluntly say “No” and kept looking at her monitor without any reason.

The room is big, the bathroom is big, very clean, and the location is very close to the city center. There is a supermarket and gas station nearby, which is very convenient. It is also very quiet at night and you will be woken up by the sunshine in the morning.

Couldn t had been any better !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Our 2 rooms had everything we needed , very cosy and warm . Very easy check in and check out ; I had emergency business to attend to , an the Lady at reception was ever so helpful....great shower pressure. great beds .....Washing machines very easy to use and located . Thank you All was great .....

The reception staff were very warm and friendly and even gave us a bottle of milk. We had requested a family room with a tower view, and the location was perfect – we could see the tower directly from our living room. Queen's Park is also just across the street. The only downside was the cooktop in the kitchenette; it was either too fast or very slow to heat up, quite old-fashioned, and difficult to use. Additionally, the motel requires guests to park their car directly outside their own room, and parking in other spots is not permitted.

Guest UserA regular suburban motel with outdated and simple facilities. But as a small hotel in a non-hotspot location, it's still pretty good. Lake Manapouri opposite the Motel is wide and peaceful.
