"Небольшой, но уютный домик , кровать удобная, белье чистое, было очень комфортно. На общей кухне есть всё самое необходимое для приготовления пищи. Общие душевые и туалеты чистые. Есть зона для отдыха и настольных игр, также есть отдельная зона с настольным теннисом. Расположение отличное - прямо на берегу озера, виды превосходные! Персонал очень приветливый и дружелюбный!"

Wonder stay! The room is very clean and the staff is super friendly! This is a family run hotel, and they are nice people. The location is perfect-short walk to the lake and away from the hustle and bustle of the main road and town. We got good sleep in Aden .

Guest UserBeautiful lake views. Super clean and well maintained specially inside the room. Warm and friendly owner with good recommendations on restaurant & cafe. Te Anau is a small town with proper choices of restaurants, cafes & bars. Good choice for stopover to Milford’s cruise ride.

Fiordland Lakeview Motel and Apartments is a beautiful hotel with stunning views close to Lake Te Anau. Most attractions are within walking distance. I accidentally left some belongings behind, and the hotel staff were extremely helpful, promptly arranging delivery and resolving the issue efficiently. Highly recommend!

I would have given this a 5-star rating. However, I deducted one star due to staff behaviour and a fire alarm that went off at 5:00 a.m., requiring guests to evacuate the hotel.
Additionally, the staff could benefit from some customer service training, particularly in showing warmth and empathy toward guests. When we visited the front desk at 12:30 p.m. to enquire about an early check-in, the staff member was not at all understanding or accommodating. She bluntly say “No” and kept looking at her monitor without any reason.

AndreasMA small apartment with privacy and parking in front of the door. Not the newest but very well equipped, especially the kitchen. There were various cooking utensils and coffee, tea and hot chocolate.
It is very spacious and you can sit comfortably at a table or work because the WiFi is reliable and stable.
You can wash and dry laundry.
The motel is right on the main road and therefore it is a bit noisy when there is a lot of traffic.
It is also a bit outside the city center. However, shops are within walking distance.

The room is very nice, clean and spacious. The car can be parked directly in front of the room. The plants at the front desk are also very beautiful. Overall, it is cost-effective. It is a good choice for a one-night stay. Suitable for family travel

Couldn t had been any better !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Our 2 rooms had everything we needed , very cosy and warm . Very easy check in and check out ; I had emergency business to attend to , an the Lady at reception was ever so helpful....great shower pressure. great beds .....Washing machines very easy to use and located . Thank you All was great .....

The reception staff were very warm and friendly and even gave us a bottle of milk. We had requested a family room with a tower view, and the location was perfect – we could see the tower directly from our living room. Queen's Park is also just across the street. The only downside was the cooktop in the kitchenette; it was either too fast or very slow to heat up, quite old-fashioned, and difficult to use. Additionally, the motel requires guests to park their car directly outside their own room, and parking in other spots is not permitted.
