Absolutely loved my stay at aparto Florence Manifattura! The modern apartments are spacious, clean, and super comfy—perfect for a short or long trip. Location is spot-on, just a quick tram ride from the city center and close to cool spots like the Cascine Park. Staff were friendly and helpful, checking us in smoothly and even giving tips on local eats. Facilities like the gym, laundry, and communal kitchen made everything easy. Felt right at home in Florence—highly recommend! 5 stars

Locker in the room (bring your own padlock!). Nice breakfast. Free pasta at night. Friendly staff. 15 minute walk from Firenze S M Novella train station. Will come back if I visit again. Just that the WiFi is quite slow. And the water pressure is super low. It takes forever to wash my hair :(( But this is a nice hostel after all.

Plaats is voorbij.. prachtig oud klooster. Kamer is groot, comfortabel bed, krachtige warme douche. Keuken en gemeenschappelijke ruimte zijn enorm en meer dan alleen functioneel.
Ik vond het geweldig.
PS Ik ben geen selfie, foto ******. Spijt dat ik geen foto's heb gemaakt, want het is echt prachtig.

Het ligt op loopafstand van het station Santa Maria Novella. Ook kunt u met één tram komen vanaf het busstation. De kamer is erg schoon en ik waardeer dat zelfs slaapzaalgasten gratis gebruik kunnen maken van voorzieningen zoals zeep, handdoeken en handdoeken. Er is echter geen keuken, dus het kan wat lastig zijn voor mensen die zelf willen koken.

De locatie is goed, op loopafstand van de kathedraal en de kunstgalerie. Er zijn veel heerlijke gerechten in de buurt, waaronder Chinees eten. De kamer is niet groot, de badkamer heeft geen droge en natte scheiding en de bovenste en onderste stapelbedden zijn vrij. Het is een gewone jeugdherberg. Hoe je slaapt, hangt af van je huisgenoten. De service is goed, de sfeer is goed en het ontbijt is OK. Algemene aanbeveling

De accommodatie is ongeveer een maand geleden geopend.
Ik raad je ten zeerste aan om naar hun officiële website te gaan en je aan te melden, en vervolgens hun app te downloaden uit de store.
Door je aan te melden, word je Blue Club-lid en krijg je toegang tot kortingen tot 20% en diverse privileges.
Nadat je vijf reserveringen hebt gemaakt, zowel via de website als via hun app, word je binnen 12 maanden lid van a&o Hostel Club Plus.
Met kortingen tot 25% en diverse andere voordelen, vermeld op hun website.
Ik heb er een maand verbleven, dus ik denk dat ik een volledige recensie kan geven.
Ik heb zowel de vier- als de zespersoonskamers geprobeerd, die voorzien zijn van degelijke, stalen stapelbedden.
De matrassen zijn comfortabel; het enige nadeel is dat de bekleding een beetje plakkerig is en zelfs 's nachts geluid maakt, maar dat is geen probleem.
Ik vond de vierpersoonskamers beter (de kamers rechts als je uit de liften X01-X10 komt, zijn erg ruim, waarbij X het verdiepingsnummer is). Beide kamertypes hebben een eigen badkamer.
De grotere hebben twee badkamers, één met douche en wastafel, en de andere met een wastafel en toilet, maar geen bidet.
Handig, want we zitten met z'n vieren in een zespersoonskamer; als de kamer met de douche bezet is, kun je gemakkelijk naar de andere kamer gaan om je tijd optimaal te benutten.
Het gebouw heeft 7 verdiepingen, plus een benedenverdieping, waar zich de grote eetkamer met bediening, de keuken waar gasten zelf kunnen koken, toiletten en meer bevinden.
Het is niet perfect; er zijn hier en daar wat kleine minpuntjes, verspreid over verschillende ruimtes, vaker door onbeschofte gasten dan door het gebouw zelf, maar over het algemeen kan ik het absoluut aanbevelen.
Ik heb een fijne tijd gehad, ook omdat het personeel competent, beleefd en altijd bereid is om problemen van gasten op te lossen.
Ik wil de beheerder bedanken dat hij me vanaf het begin met fluwelen handschoenen heeft behandeld en dat hij geschillen met andere bewoners van mijn kamer over onbeschoftheid heeft opgelost.

MMirageTimeCheck-in is done at the machine at the front desk. If you booked through Trip, you'll receive a check-in email a few days before your arrival; your booking number will be in the email. After getting your room key, pick up your bedding (sheets, pillowcases, and duvet cover) at the front desk, and then make your bed yourself. The room and bathroom are quite nice. Each bed has a metal locker for luggage; you'll need to bring your own lock. Towels are available for rent for €1.99, payable at the front desk. The location isn't at Florence's main train station, but it's only one stop (8 minutes) get the train, hostel just across the street from the train station. It's about a 30-minute walk to the cathedral.

MModouletianFacilities: I was quite surprised by how large this hotel is; it has two buildings, a pool, and a gym. However, it's essentially set up like a youth hostel. The room had a balcony, but it was connected to the adjacent room, which meant a lack of privacy.
Environment: It's located by a road, with a bar across the street that stays open quite late. It can get a bit noisy with young people gathering there.
Service: Check-in is after 3 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM. You can't check in early if it's outside these hours, and there's a charge of 3 euros per piece if you want to store your luggage after check-out.
Cleanliness: Generally acceptable! It was cleaned daily.
Florence isn't a large city, so most places are within walking distance. It's very close to the Central Market, which is convenient for grabbing a bite to eat.

The room was quite spacious, and the bed was already made up, which was really convenient. There was plenty of hot water, and the hotel isn't far from the train station, so it was easy to walk over in the evening. The air conditioning worked great, but it can get a bit noisy in the morning due to the street. Overall, though, the price was amazing – really great value for money!

AAnonymous UserThe location is perfect 👍🏻 very close to all the beautiful places in the historic part of the city! Please make sure that you check in online prior arrival to avoid extra charges. It’s easy and takes around 2-3 minutes of your time. The front desk staff speaks English very well. The rooms are spacious with 2 fans for comfortable sleep at night and huge lockers to store your belongings securely (the key provided by check in and it’s included in the price). There are comfortable beds with clean bed sheets and a decent pillow. Bring your own towel though, or you need to pay for one at the front desk. The bathroom is modern but not clean enough to give 5 stars. Also, there is toilet paper but no soap.
As for the kitchen, it’s partially equipped, cooking might be a bit challenging but has a big modern fridge. There is a spacious dine in area and you can enjoy your meal in the garden outside.
Overall, it was a nice stay for me, thank you very much!

All the girls, Italian guys and the Brazilian guy were excellent hosts, but there is someone else who was usually present at the very early hours who has a pretty terrible and rude attitude and could use knowing a but or two about proper customer service.
I have to say, as much as I liked it, because of this last point, I consider Rome’s Ostello Bello better.
Going to Milan’s one now hoping for a great stay.

GGuest UserI prefer the 4 female bed dom located just next door. It a lot better, cozy, and bigger. Good that the bed bed is not a bulk bed and is comfortable. Location very good 5 mins to train station, market and 10-15mins walk to Dumo. Except 1 of the shower room drainage not functioning well. Wifi connection quite bad in room but was okay outside near the router. My room was facing outside street was very noisy at night ppl shouting and talking loud till 2am.

ZZhixingderenThe room was spacious and grand, and the bed was huge. The ladder to the top bunk was especially wide, the best I've seen in any hostel. The staff were warm and generous, always ready to answer questions, and the location was convenient for getting around. My only regret is that guests aren't allowed to cook for themselves, as the basement facilities are fully equipped but not open to visitors.

GGalaxia_There are many delicious restaurants nearby, the Medici Chapel is just outside the door, the location is very convenient, and the train station is also within walking distance. The staff are also very friendly and will help you proactively. Just be careful to make sure you have a way to call the staff if you arrive too late, otherwise you may not be able to get in. The environment is very good and clean. I highly recommend it.
