Needs a good clean picture on the web is not the same blood on walls broken furniture ect

I actually live in the neighborhood around this hotel, but I booked it to host a friend for the weekend. It's not the easiest option in the vicinity to walk to from the train station, though the walk which goes along the canal for most of the way is super scenic if you have time to spare on arrival. The cab to the hotel was also fairly quick and cost us about fifteen quid. Check-in was super convenient and casual, and the girl working walked us up to the room to introduce all the amenities and features of our room. The room was well equipped but it was a little bit of a disappointment that it didn't have a mini fridge - there aren't a lot of food options or supermarkets in easy walking distance from the hotel, so we had brought some items with us that we had to leave on the windowsill to keep chilled. Overall though the room was great. The lower level living room was a super comfy spot to chill and eat, and then the raised bedroom was incredibly cosy. I'm 5'11” and I will say I almost took myself out on the sloped walls a few times - I imagine anyone taller would have to be very careful. I've noticed that showers in this area generally aren't super hot or pressurised, but the setup here wasn't too bad. The pub below is of course super charming, a great place to sit with a pint and watch the sunset, though we didn't try the food. I will probably come back to this pub, and would stay in the inn again if I ever have any reason to.

The Mousetrap Inn proved to be an excellent choice for our recent getaway. Fresh, well-prepared options with plenty of variety kept us satisfied each morning before exploring. It's rare to find complimentary breakfast that actually exceeds expectations. The inn maintains a cozy, welcoming atmosphere that perfectly matches its charming name. Clean, comfortable accommodations combined with the convenient location made it easy to enjoy both tranquil relaxation and vibrant town center activities. Highly recommended for friendly service, great value, and ideal location.

Typical English country hotel, breakfast is very rich, tastes good, typical English breakfast is provided. Facilities: Hundreds of years of stone houses, downstairs is a restaurant bar, upstairs is a guest room. It's a bit noisy from the side of the road.

The hotel in the village of Great Rissington, next to the 802 bus stop. Friends who choose to travel by bus must pay attention to the time the bus passes. The village is very quiet, surrounded by pastures, and the scenery is very good. Friends who don't drive suggest living in the town, Water Burton or ston-on-wold is more convenient.

Arrived at night, the store was very intimate waiting for us. Free parking is available, and parking spaces are relatively sufficient. The room we booked was very large, with three beds and two bathrooms, and the facilities were very complete. The breakfast at the store is very good, the amount given is very sufficient, and they are all freshly made English breakfasts, very authentic!

Nat & staff were fantastic ..hard working and very customer orientated. 5* recommend

The room layout pays great attention to details. There are complete facilities such as teapots and ironing boards. The breakfast options are also good. In the lobby, it is also a good pleasure to sit down and order a glass of wine or a cup of tea. You can find many kinds of food when you go out to satisfy your hometown appetite.
