"Good location: 10 minutes from the airport; walking distance to La Laguna bus-station, city shopping & nightlife. Clean, light dorms, shared kitchen & top-floor terrace with a bar. Nice to work and socialize with mostly backpackers & independent travellers exploring the university town. Friendly hostel-team - also help-full when problems with an other booking agent occur."

"This was absolutely brilliant, I have never stayed at a hostel before, but this place has opened my eyes, and I'll be doing it next time for sure. For the price, it was excellent, I went in late March and was very nice. People were very respectful, although I should've brushed up on my Spanish a bit more. Very clean, comfortable, and private bunk area with clean showers and even breakfast. I'd like to thank all involved. Go there now, El Medano is very chilled, not full of drunken tourists. Don't usually go to the same country/ island twice, but if I do, I'll be staying at the El Medano Nest Hostel undoubtedly. Kind Regards. James."

"Nice and clean and great location. Street it is on felt a little dark and we were wary walking down it at night. Only downside was noise levels , everything seemed to echo so we could hear doors slamming, people walking and talking all night, shower from room upstairs etc Would recommend especially for price and value."

"Conventiently located near town centre of El Paso and a big supermarket (Hipersino) As El Paso is not a big town here, going anywhere needs a bus change at either Santa Cruz or Los Lloyds The hostel itself is reasonably clean Staffs are friendly There are some guests look like lodging here for a long time"

"Bien pour 1-2 nuits ds un lieu convivial A aimé · Petit hostel ou Guest house très conviviale où tous communiquent et où on se fait facilement de nouveaux amis ! L’hôtesse et sa collègue « 1 volontaire » supers sympas bien que pas toujours présentes 😁 Situation bien pour voir les panorama des « charcos » à 15 min à pied et à moins D’1h et 1 jolie randonnée de 3h AR de l’autre côté Chambre charco de 6 lits grande avec grande casier qui ferme avec loquets avec une clef fournie par l’hostel. + sdb à l’intérieur de la chambre + serviette fournie + couvertures supplémentaires heureusement car il ne fait pas très chaud 😅 Cuisine petite mais suffisante par rapport aux nombres de chambre, surtout que la terrasse extérieur est à côté de la cuisine. Et espace rangement individuel ds placard et frigo. N'a pas aimé · Pas vraiment d’espace de confort agréable pour se détendre car la terrasse bien mais pas quand il fait froid et s’il fait chaud pas de chaise confortable ou pouf 😅 Pas beaucoup de lieux de vie autour ! le peu de resto-café ferment tôt. pas d’eau fraîche filtre à dispo, d’autant plus qu’avec la pluie tombée (redemander) l’eau du robinet qui est en général potable ne l’est pas. Donc si prévoir un budget d’achat dneau, penser au prix total du lit en conséquence un autre point qui peut déranger certains surtout pour ceux qui ont déjà été dans de hostels à Tenerife qui on l’accceuil presque 24/24, c’est de ne pas être accueilli par quelqu’un en direct. Perso ce n’est pas mon cas comme j’ai eu tous les infos dont j’ai eu besoin dont demande spécifique par what’s avant mon arrivée ce qui m’a tout à fait convenue. 🥰🙏 ´"

"Отличный хостел за свою цену, буквально в минуте ходьбы от океана. Дружелюбная атмосфера, ежедневная уборка, даже небольшой уголок для коворкинга. Есть две кухни, одна работает с 08:30-22:00, другая круглосуточно. Комнаты оборудованы вентиляторами. С учётом вечного ветра в Эль-Медано, довольно комфортно. Сам хостел расположен в шаговой доступности от остановок автобуса и супермаркетов, которые, кстати, работают и по воскресеньям. Единственный минус, который бы я отметил - это отсутствие навеса на крыше. Когда солнце, там очень жарко."

"Fab little Hostel, we hadden een eigen slaapkamer met badkamer. Alle medewerkers en gasten waren leuk om mee te praten en te kletsen, ik kom zeker terug, bedankt dat jullie mijn eerste hostelervaring zo leuk hebben gemaakt."
