JJoão 23The hotel is no longer part of the Elo In chain, but the phone number still belongs to the Andrade chain. Check-in was scheduled for noon, but upon arrival, I was told it wouldn't be until 2 p.m. After insisting, as that was the reservation offer, I managed to check in about half an hour late. The room I stayed in (302) was a closed extension of another room, so there was no phone, and if I needed information, I had to go down to reception. There was no hot air, despite the cold. The shower stall is tiny, and an obese person certainly wouldn't be able to shower there. The breakfast is okay for the price.

GGuest UserI liked the service at the reception, we arrived and checked and all right the service in the room was good, simple but cosy room, the bathroom was good even with a little detail when closing the laundry, The simple breakfast was a juice option, 3 bread options and other cold options, coffee and milk cakes, the very beautiful pool area like screws and gourmet area, have kitchen and refrigerators place to make your own food, very nice and quiet posed 7/10

ZZhZvРасположение отеля удобно, если планируете совместить поездки на водопады с обеих сторон (Бразилия и Аргентина) и прогулку по центру города. Сам отель довольно уставший. Вкусные завтраки. Но вот сервис подкачал(. Персонал практически не говорит по-английски, хотя везде написано обратное. Должны были выехать в аэропорт рано утром. С вечера попросили заказать трансфер и собрать в дорогу завтрак. В итоге - сменился персонал, такси не заказали, завтрак не собрали. С трудом смогли через онлайн переводчика (так как не понимал по-английски) объяснить, что нам нужно такси. Чуть не опоздали с аэропорт. Завтрак, конечно же, так и не получили(
