The unit was beautiful but it needs a little bit of maintenance. Little things to fix to make it perfect. Iron board but no iron dish liquid but no sponge patio seat plastic and broken . The patio door verticals missing slabs . No window treatments to avoid bright light in the morning. Is these are fix it would be nice

Yesterday, I experienced a three-hour delay in receiving my scheduled doses. The check-in process concluded at 10:00 p.m., and I did not receive a confirmation call. Upon the return of the night staff, I was informed that I needed to be on the list, despite already being included. Although check-out is scheduled for 11:30 a.m., I was required to release my cleaning personnel early to facilitate room cleaning. I received no communication via phone, email, or text throughout the night. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this establishment for those arriving during nighttime hours. Furthermore, this morning, the front desk was unattended, and all access points were secured with a code. To date, I have not received any email correspondence, nor has the reimbursement for my massage been processed.

El dueño del lugar muy amable el lugar espectacular todo disponible para que uno se la pasen muy muy muy muy muy muy muy muy muy bien la verdad es que fue una gran experiencia y aparte de eso como es dueño de un bar te invita a que vayas a conocer el bar la verdad es que bastante bien no me puedo quejar se porta un excelente es un lugar que no te puedes dejar pasar

I am not happy with bars B&B because it was just average with limited facilities. I thought i had booked a hotel for usd 200/nite and I didnt check how much i was billed when i booked thru trip.com. I am surprised that i was charged usd 812 for two nite stay now. How can this quality of hotel be billed at usd 406 per nite (its at best 3 star only) ? Am i scammed by trip.com and Bars B&B?
Please explain.

Precies wat ik zocht! Een paar blokken verwijderd van het congrescentrum. Trader Joe's ligt recht tegenover het hotel. De kamers zijn ruim. Alvaro en de receptie zijn erg vriendelijk.

Everything about this stay was super cozy. It’s not a show out hotel. Just a place for you to feel like home while you’re in South Beach. Large spacious rooms that have everything you need. Beautiful artwork exclusive to visitors. Truly a hidden gem!

Check-in closes at 9pm, and staff clock out. There isn’t a 24hours reception desk, so if you’re driving down be sure to leave plenty of time and get in contact so that you receive your late check-in instructions, unlike us. We arrived at 10pm, to a locked gate, with no idea what the code to get in was, and as we do not have US phones, were unable to call the staff. A guest kindly let us into the resort, and there is a phone on top of a mail box with an out of hours number. After calling, staff were able to talk us through how to get our keys, but the series of steps definitely made it feel like an escape room.
Room: Small and compact room. This hotel is laid out like a series of small cabin style huts. To be fair it had all the essentials, and was clean. The sink was in the room separate from the toilet and shower which was a bit strange. All amenities provided. Unfortunately, the AC unit is very loud, but there is also a fan, which is quieter, and tolerable to have on when sleeping. It is hard to sleep with the AC on.
Staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Free drinks on check in and check out, no nasty surprises with the resort fee, which is $21.50.
Breakfast options were limited, consisting of fruit (melon and pineapple), mini-pastries, granola yoghurt pots and waffles. Instant coffee in flasks. Waffles were made fresh by the staff.
Plenty of cats were roaming around the resort.
Extras: Only a small car park was available, with about 6 spaces. It costs $30 to park here overnight, but there is street parking available outside for $6/hr between 8am-10pm. You can hire bikes to explore Key West for $15 per day.
Location: Very lively location, best location, right in the heart of all the shops, bars and cafes, walking distance to all the attractions.

SSelina seetFantastic location by the green parrot and u don’t hear the party noise on the street. Good size room and cute little patio- but the ac just blew air like a fan and did not lower the temp. Way too humid and couldn’t sleep well. The breakfast situation was not good. Groups would claim all 3 tables with personal items and you would have to wait. Works if you r not there for work. I popped my head in to the cook in the kitchen to say hi there’s 2 more of us and he snapped at me saying can’t u see there’s others waiting? lol. He went table to table to ask what they wanted- even tho it was the one item on the menu for the day. So it was a slow process- ended up grabbing outside food.

GGuest UserThe stay is in little cottages, or bungalows, very cute. We loved and appreciated that our pups were allowed to stay with us! Since we had our pups with, we especially appreciated having our own cottage which made it a bit more private. This was a family trip so we had rented two cottages. Both of them were extremely clean and smelled very clean upon arrival. Each bed was made up very nice and we appreciated the all white bedding. Each cottage also had a kitchenette and small bathroom. We also enjoyed the tiki bar and food truck onsite.

YYountsI was very pleased with the Heron House Court. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was excellent. Walking distance to the Dry Tortugas Ferry Dock. The room was functional and well laid out. The price paid was a good value considering its Key West in the spring. My only suggestion would be early am coffee. Maybe a Keurig machine in the lobby since there is no in-room coffee. Roman (staff) was very welcoming and helpful.

GGuest UserFantastic historical house in the heart of Key West. Checkin is a breeze but if you like human interactions, this is not for you as you are on your own. There is a small F&B team on premise but that;s it. But all the instructions provided are perfect and it's a breeze to get into your room.
The house is stunning and right next to Duval street and all the main attractions. The rooms are comfy and simple. Would definitely recommend!

GGuest UserTraveling during the Christmas New Year, the price is a bit expensive, but the room is still very comfortable, the sofa bed is open to a double bed, suitable for families of 3-4 people. The environment is very good, there is a terrace. Parking spaces near the peak season are difficult to find. You must pay special attention to the parking spaces of local residents. Surfside room was decorated so cute and very clean. The pool was warm for our cooler day and the hot tub felt amazing. Perfect spot, so close to the ocean.
The breakfast was delicious and Amanda & her co-worker were so nice.
Definitely can’t wait to go back.
