It is a true family atmosphere.LOCAL ADVENTURES: For those who like to explore, Delaware Sea Shore State Park is 5 minutes to the south. If you keep south another 15 minutes, you will find Ocean City MD with a full array of vacation activities, attractions, dining and night life. If you head north about 25 minutes, you will find Rehoboth Beach which has a flavor of its own. The Rehoboth Outlets have unending shops with tax free purchasing for those who love to shop.Also the Cape May-Lewes Ferry is a great trip to the iconic Cape May New Jersey, but it is a full day's trip and you probably won't want to leave your perfect spot for that long.All-in-all, this is a marvelous vacation location! New to VRBO in March 2025!We are pleased to offer this spacious and updated townhome with beautiful marina and bay views inside a gated community in Bethany Beach! We love hosting beach rentals and have hosted a property in Outer Banks for the last 6 years with over 130 reviews and 4.9 stars. We are excited to share this property now closer to our current home in MD!You will enter the home through the finished garage which is stocked with beach chairs and umbrellas so you don't need to worry about bringing those with you. There is also arcade style basketball and table tennis for entertainment.After coming in through the garage the first floor also includes a finished recreation room with an large couch and TV perfect for hanging out or movie night. There is also a full size washer and dryer on this level. You can fit up to 6 cars in the driveway, parking is not available inside the garage. Going up to second level includes 3 bedroom and 2 full bathrooms. There are two bedrooms on this level with queen size beds, both of which feature their own balcony. The third bedroom is a bunk room with two sets of twin size bunk beds. The bunk room and the south queen bedroom share a jack and jill bathroom, while the north queen bedroom has it's own ensuite with a large bathtub. The second and third levels feature new LVP flooring. Both queen bedrooms have TV's where you can stream your favorite shows.The top level has an open great room with dining table for 8, as well as 4 bar stools. This room features view of the marina and bay and has an additional deck with outdoor seating to soak in the sun. There is a community pool and tennis court available to all guests. One of the best features of the location is the convenient beach access at Delaware Seashore State Park which is roughly 0.75 miles away and accessed directly under the bridge without needing to cross Route 1, making it an easy walk, bike ride, or drive. The State Park has onsite bathrooms, restaurant and bar. Fees to park at the state park are $20 daily or an annual pass is available for $100 for out of state residents. If you walk in there is no fee. Up to 2 dogs welcome with pet fee.
