Home with room for 4-6 people, located on the Vinkeveense Plassen, near Amsterdam.The house contains 2 bedrooms, with in bedroom 1 a comfortable Queen size bed. The other bedroom has two comfortable separate beds, and a luxurious couch, which can be turned into a two-person bed. Not suitable for children under 6, because of the open water. The rooms have closets, where you can store your luggage and there is a bathroom with shower. The house has two separate toilets, one upstairs in the bathroom, and one downstairs.Included in the house is a locker, where if needed, valuable belongings could be stored safely.The living room is a nice, industrial designed room, connected to the kitchen and dining table. This way, you have a so called ‘gezellige’ environment and place where you can come to rest. In the living room you will find a smart tv, which you can use and log into your Netflix or Prime account and enjoy your favorite shows. The house includes a portable Sonos speaker, which you can easily connect to via Bluetooth and/or the Sonos app and enjoy some music. The house has its own free Wifi network as well.In front of the house is a driveway where you can park two cars, and if needed, there are some other free parking spots in the street as well.Note: it is not allowed to have a party in the house.The house contains: Wifi, Smart Tv, Kitchen with gas cooking, microwave and oven, and other basic facilities.Optional: if you like to, you could rent a sup board and/or a small boat. For the boat you do not have to own a boat license. From the house you are within 15 minutes in Amsterdam by car. By train this will take approximately 20 minutes. The nearest train station is located in Abcoude and the train goes straight to Amsterdam. From the house itself, you can enjoy the fresh water of the Vinkeveense Plassen. On a walking distance next to the vacationpark you can go to a small beach, called Eiland 1 or Eiland 2 (Island 1/2) and enjoy a drink or some food from Beach club Lust, which is located on Eiland 1. The Mast at Fort Vechten, a farm located in the fertile region near the Kromme Rijn river.Enjoy everything that farm life has to offer.In the middle of the country, near Utrecht, we rent out part of the front house of our farm as a holiday home for 1 - 7 people. An entire house with spacious living room en suite with well-equipped kitchen, toilet, bathroom with shower, bath and second toilet, 3 bedrooms in total, two of which with spacious double beds with fine mattresses and one bedroom with a very large double bed and one single bed, on request two cots for children can be placed. We also offer you part of our spacious flower garden and a large terrace with a nice lounge sofa. At the plot path there is a corner with a cozy picnic table.The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. For a longer stay, a freezer can be placed. The laundry can also be done for you for a small fee. In the summer, a BBQ is at your disposal. We also rent out bicycles. There is separate furniture for children, as well as toys for indoors and outdoors.The guesthouse is fully equipped, so you only need to bring your personal belongings. Breakfast is not served.Culinary neighbors:Our neighbors sell the products from their orchards and other regional products in their rural shops. A vegetable or fruit box from Plattelandswinkel De Achterdijk can be ordered in advance. We also have two other fruit-selling neighbors: Pater's Fruitbedrijf and Landwinkel Nieuw Slagmaat.Baked bread from the bakery / restaurant Vroeg completes your meal. Bread can be ordered a day in advance. In the Early restaurant you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner within a very short distance.Cultural neighbors:Another cultural neighbor is Fort Vechten, part of the Dutch Waterline, declared part of the World Heritage. The Waterline Museum is also located on the grounds of the fort. B & B de Polderschuur is located in the authentic ribbon village of Tienhoven, near Utrecht, and can be easily reached by car, bicycle and public transport. The greenery, the water and the space in this area make it very pleasant to stay. There is much to do, for example, there are various walking, cycling and sailing routes, charming villages and towns in the vicinity and there is a lot to discover in terms of food, art and culture.WALKING AND CYCLINGIt is difficult to choose from all the beautiful walking routes in the area. One of the most famous walks is the Bert Bospad, where you walk through the special and water-rich area of the Westbroeken Zodden. Along the way you will pass through the marshlands of the Tienhovense Plassen, where many different bird species breed. With the Zoddenpad, the wooden shoe path across the outskirts of Tienhoven and Westbroek, you can walk through woods and farmland on the border of polderland and the Utrechtse Heuvelrug. A relaxed and varied walk. Thanks to the extensive cycle route network in the area there is ample opportunity to enjoy the diverse surroundings. Think for example of the Loosdrecht lakes, the Hilversum heath and surrounding villages such as Westbroek, Maartensdijk and Hollandsche Rading.
