Все также чисто и красиво как на фото . Рядом магазин с нормальными ценами. До моря минут 10. Хороший вайфай.
Связь по заселению через вотсап - тут никто не отвечал и мы запаниковали немного )
В номере не хватало плиты и разделочной доски ( ножей было аж 3)
Вцелом я рекомендую . Останавливались на пару ночей .

Современные апартаменты, есть все что нужно, удобно расположен, близко к Будве и пляжу, есть парковка и бассейн, хотелось бы чтобы балкон был побольше, но думаю что в разных апартаментах разные балконы, зависит от расположения

We had a wonderful stay at this accommodation. Everything was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The place had a great atmosphere and made our trip even more enjoyable.
The host was very helpful and responsive, making the whole experience smooth from check-in to check-out. The location was also perfect for exploring the area.
We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting. Looking forward to staying again in the future!

Мы были в этом отеле в апреле, как нам сказал хозяин это не сезон, поэтому на ресепшене никого нет, связь по вотсапу, заселились хорошо, меняли полотенца каждый день, за такую цену грех на что то жаловаться.

Наше знакомство с Черногорией началось со Свети Стефан. Мы легко заселились в апартаменты, хозяйка очень приветливая, все объяснила и рассказала, что находится поблизости. Вид из апартаментов просто шикарный! Мы в влюбились в Черногорию с первого взгляда! Спасибо за гостеприимство и желаем успехов, больше довольных гостей!

Все понравилось. Номера новые. Примерно третья линия, до старого города примерно 20 минут медленным шагом. Автобусная станция в 3 минутах ходьбы. Рядом есть рестораны и магазины. Хозяева очень доброжелательные. Рекомендую

Идеальный отель, с идеальной террасой и видом
Все чисто, аккуратно
Единственное, что не удобно- это искать вход в отель, я обошла здание со всех сторон с тяжелым чемоданом
Девушка мне очень помогла и заселится и со всеми вопросами которые возникали

The hotel overall was good and worth the amount of money spent on it. The room was clean, and the location was nice: far from the noise but close to beaches and an awesome restaurant called ”Bankada”. The hotel had a nice pool, which was amazing considering the fact that the sea water was icy cold. However, there were a few small things that could be improved. For instance, the kids' playground, which was mentioned in the hotel description, was just a half-broken swing and a climbing ladder.

GGuest UserPros: the hotel is perfectly located, in the very center of Budva, at least 8 minutes to the beach, nearby there are several large stores, a grocery market and many cafes. The room has everything you need, the refrigerator freezes like a beast. In addition, there is a large and comfortable balcony, which is nice to sit on at any time. Friendly staff, at our request, we were checked in a couple of hours earlier, which was very handy. Cons: the hotel is very old, at least the reception is updated and fresh, but our room has not seen repairs for a long time. The furniture on the balcony has completely fallen apart, you can only sit on the sofa somehow because of the mattress (you will see this in the photo), some elements in the room are falling off. I don’t know how you can rent out a room in such a state for living ... The cleaning of the room is very mediocre, the dishes in the sink were not washed.

GGuest UserA very pleasant hotel! It's a 10-minute walk to the old town and the beach. The breakfast was delicious and varied. We stayed for two days, and there were several types of eggs, sausage, ham, hot dogs, various cheeses, and vegetables. You can't try everything at once, so you can try something new every day and have variety. We were checked in early, somewhere around 11:30-11:00, which was very nice. Parking is nearby, which is very convenient since there really isn't anywhere else to park. The room was clean, the sheets and towels were white, and the bed was comfortable. There was a kettle. The bathroom fixtures were new and there were no odors. We would happily return to this hotel!

Dedicated space to keep and hang clothes in both rooms. Shadowy parking. Picturesque garden with kiwi, lemons etc. The host takes care of local registration. All good!

GGuest UserThis isn't a hotel, it's an apartment. Everything is new, freshly renovated. There's no sign, the door is locked, and it's unclear how to get in. They haven't cleaned the place once in five days, even though the rules say they should have.

AAnonymous UserThe room had a mountain view and was located on the sixth floor of a residential building, so it felt very safe.
The room was very clean and had a coffee machine and a refrigerator.
The host was very helpful; we could ask any questions about our trip via WhatsApp, and they responded quickly. On our last day, they even helped us call the airport shuttle bus.
There's a large supermarket downstairs, and it's a 15-minute walk to the bus station and a 20-minute walk to the beach—the walking distances are quite manageable.

There is no one at the front desk all year round. If you have something, you can't find anyone for a while. The room facilities are not bad, but the design is not very reasonable and not very convenient to use.

GGuest UserI liked everything. The rooms are new. It's about 3rd line, about 20 minutes at a leisurely pace to the old town. The bus station is a 3-minute walk away. There are restaurants and shops nearby. The hosts are very friendly. I recommend it.
