"こんな山奥に庭園や温泉を揃えたホテルがあるとは驚きでした。夜にチェックインして、まずは日本酒の試飲サービスを堪能。目前のライトアップされた美しい庭園とともにとても良い体験になりました。翌日の朝は天気も良く庭園を散策。意外と歩くところがいっぱいあって面白かった。少し小高い丘のようなところを登るとまた違う風景が見えてまた心を動かされました。 新鮮な空気を感じられ雰囲気も良いので誰かにオススメしたくなるような場所でした。ありがとうございました。"

"Nice.ryokan in Miyajima. De ryokan ligt vrij ver op een heuvel van het station, maar ze bieden gratis vervoer van en naar het hotel. Zowel het kaiseki-diner als het ontbijt waren uitstekend. De service was onberispelijk. Het ligt op ongeveer vijf minuten lopen van het Itsukushima-heiligdom. Kamer was goed met twee eenpersoonsbedden. Onsen heeft zowel een binnen- als een buitenzwembad. Zou deze plek ten zeerste aanbevelen."

"Initially we booked the wrong night by mistake. I immediately had sent letter to the host, just 2 minutes after that mistake. And at first, host said, that they would refund without any problems, but after that he turned down our ask for refund and offered only date change, which was the problem, because the price was 2.5x more on the dates, that we needed and we would never stay at the place so expensive. In the end we had to make additional payment to stay for only one night, just to not loose the first money transfer. And host refused to talk about why he changed his initial position and what is wrong with the refund 2 months prior to the stay. Even that we had assured him, that it was really a mistake (confused ”mar” and ”may” in the app) and sent him our plane tickets,. He also told us, that he can't give us refund, because he prepared the room and because of the booking he couldn't rent room to another person and lost money, which I find highly unlike, since the first response from him was very quick and the wrong booking was made 2 hours before midnight, so it's very unlikely, that someone else would rent it. Overall, I don't think that it could be considered as hospitality. The place itself is nice, if booked for an appropriate price. Don't expect luxury, but a simple, spacious room with a balcony and a view on the road and trees."

"以前友人と宿泊させていただきました。値段もすごく安く部屋の中は広々としていてキッチンには食器もレンジもあらゆるものが設備されていてすごく助かりました。近くにはコンビニもあり広島駅からもさほど遠くはなく楽しい旅行になりました"

"Dit is een geweldig hostel. Het personeel is supervriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ze spreken goed Engels en er komen veel andere soloreizigers. Ik heb een aantal geweldige mensen ontmoet. Er is ook een keuken die goed is uitgerust. De slaapkamers zijn ook erg ruim en comfortabel. Mijn enige nadeel is dat ik elke dag om 10.00 uur wakker word omdat het personeel de kamers van uitgecheckte gasten komt schoonmaken."

"很少有國人去這個小眾景點遊覽，但這個景點楓葉全盛期還是非常驚艷的，這次我們去的時間晚了二週，但還算是看到楓葉的尾巴。雖然景色有點遺憾，但酒店卻給我留下了美好的回憶。酒店位置非常好，就在景區的中心位置，推窗即看景 。酒店設施雖然有些年頭，但保護得非常好，房間很大，榻榻米房間温馨舒適。服務與衞生更不用説，都是非常到位，還有温泉可泡。最為驚艷的就是晚餐的會席料理，品質很好，品種又很豐富，會席料理一道道上菜，既好看又好吃。非常美味。演繹了傳統日式一泊二食温泉酒店的所有精髓。人均900元左右的價格，可以説是性價比很高了。如果不是自駕，可提前聯繫好酒店到車站接送，非常方便，不過這次回程因為酒店車輛時間上安排不過來，衹能打的，打的費太貴了，20分鐘的路程5000日元，要有思想準備。"

"Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en we hadden een comfortabel verblijf. We waren tevreden met het diner en ontbijt. Het was een beetje bergopwaarts, maar dat stoorde ons niet. Er was wifi beschikbaar, dus de kinderen hoefden zich niet te vervelen. Het was ook handig om reisbestemmingen te zoeken. Er waren verschillende maten yukata beschikbaar, dus er was er eentje voor het hele gezin. Er lag een vragenlijst op de kamer, maar we hadden geen pen of potlood, dus die konden we niet invullen."
