В номере не было ни стакана, ни чайника, ни замка на двери изнутри, поэтому не могу назвать пребывание комфортным.
Ночь переспать можно. От центра 20-30 мин.пешком вдоль дорог, но автобусы часто ходят на станцию-поэтому тоже вариант."

"El lugar muy limpio y olía muy bien. La ubicación es céntrica pero la verdad es que hay que acceder por unos callejones que ni se ven a simple vista hay que usar si o si mapas. Para hacer el check8ng había que ir a 3-4min y la verdad es que es un poco incomodo para luego volver al alojamiento. La atención en recepción para el check-in fue una señora bastante atenta y educada. Me encantó el alojamiento pero habían mosquitos en la noche y la habitación que nos tocó la (7) daba la ventana a un lugar donde se escuchaba el ruido de los motores de aire acondicionado de otro lugar toda la noche costó un poco dormir bien. Pero lejos de eso gracias."

Ik woonde op de vierde verdieping en 's nachts was er een vreemd geluid van het dak... misschien de luchtleiding alsof er iets was geblokkeerd... maar het geluid werd opgebrand en uitgeschakeld. Ik voelde het tijdens de dag, maar het was nu, maar in het hart van de nacht was het bang.
Voor de rest was het geweldig."

GGuest UserLa ubicación es ideal, se llega rápido caminando desde el bus del aeropuerto y a todos lados caminando. Hay bares alrededor y es una zona tranquila. Lo que podría mejorar son las instrucciones del check-in, ya que les contacté con bastante anticipación por la app para hacer el check-in y aún así tuve problemas al llegar. Lo bueno es que responden y solucionan rápido, debo destacar eso. La vista desde nuestra habitación era preciosa, daba a un pequeño patio. Recomiendo sin dudas

GGuest UserWe found the location quite easily. It’s conveniently situated within a comfortable walking distance from the bus stop where the airport buses arrive, which was a big plus after traveling.
The administrator was very welcoming — we would especially like to thank her for the warm reception. We arrived before check-in time and were able to leave our bags, which was very convenient. When we returned at the scheduled time, we were able to access our room without any issues.
During our stay, renovation works started in a neighboring apartment (apparently upstairs). Because of this, there was a bit less natural light in our room, and we could hear construction noise in the mornings, which started quite early. It turned out that the host was not aware that the work would begin so early either.
We would like to especially highlight how the situation was handled. The host personally spoke with us, apologized, and managed to arrange for the work to start later. It was clear that our comfort truly mattered. For us, the situation was completely resolved.
The room itself met our expectations. It was spacious — not one of those layouts where you walk straight into the bed with the bathroom door right there. The room was warm thanks to central heating. The water pressure was excellent, and the bathroom was simple but cozy.
There was no breakfast option during our stay, but that did not significantly affect our overall experience.
We had a pleasant stay and are grateful for the hospitality. It is clear that guest comfort is a priority here — if you experience any issues or need assistance, don’t hesitate to ask.

YyeeqinghewHad a small hiccup with the hotel at the beginning, as I was supposed to submit information for all guests before arrival for the door code to enter the hotel . However, it was resolved within minutes after we called the hotel representative, who was very helpful.
The room was comfortable, and the location was excellent — only about a 5-minute walk from Santa Lucia Train Station. The housekeeping staff were also very kind and helped refill our water bottle.
Overall, it was a convenient and pleasant stay, especially for anyone arriving by train.

GGuest UserIt was very late when I arrived, and it was convenient to open the door according to the password sent beforehand. I got the envelope and key of my room by myself. The room is small, the health is OK, the sound is average, it is a temporary stay for one night. The scenery in Verona is really good, there are many tourists, and it is very safe.

GGuest UserWe all absolutely lived it! The first impression is the super friendly staff. You have to climb quite some steps to reach the room (ard one floor of stairs? Not recommend if you have a lot of luggages) however the staff ran out and helped us to move most of the luggage's to our room. The check in time is actually quite flexible since we arrived at 1230 and the staff still allowed us to check in. The room is very spacious with clean toilets and bathroom, there are Shampoo and body washing separated and some to spare (since we ordered an extra bed in a double room) We are also very surprised about the extra bed because it is not an ordinary expandable sofa bed, but a normal bed. Apart from the nicest service we have ever received, the breakfast is also a highlight. There are tons of choices (sweets like milk pudding, croissant, fruits, normal breakfast like ham and bread) and you can order some specials from the menu. We did try their scrambled eggs and smoked salmon salad, absolutely spot on! It has to be the best breakfast I've ever had from hotel! The location of the hotel is very close to the train station, but quite some walk to piazza San Marco (ard 20 min if you didn't get lost) The hotel provide us a map so that we can find places easier, and turns out we did use this map way more than google map (Google map gets really inaccurate on the island), one service we like a lot again. Overall it's a very pleasant experience and we like the hotel very much! Definitely recommend!

GGez2008Location is easy to get to and right on the Grand Canal. Perfect for exploring the beauty of Venice. Service was generally helpful. Staff could have explained some elements in the room better. The room itself was disappointing. Very old fashioned and in need of major decoration. The first night only a sheet was provided and we were cold and did not sleep well. This was rectified for the second night. Our room faced a courtyard and was quiet, but quite dark. Overall disappointing for the price

ぽぽちたThis hotel was incredibly clean! While it's not like many Italian hotels where the bathroom and toilet are separate, there was a partition and it was clean enough that it didn't bother me. The fact that shampoo, body soap, and slippers were provided as amenities was a big plus! Although we didn't use them, they also offer free early check-in and luggage storage after check-out.
The most impressive thing was the free minibar! Not only did they have mineral water and sparkling water, but also pineapple juice, peach cocktail, and sparkling wine!! (with glasses included)
There's also a water bus stop nearby.
I highly recommend it!!!

MmiiiyaWe stayed here for two nights as a couple.
The white-based room was very clean, and there was no trash or items left by previous guests.
The bathroom amenities were all there, so it was not a problem for a short stay. The shower had good hot water and did not get cold quickly, so even if you are used to Japanese showers, you could stay comfortably.
I did not meet many staff members, but the woman at the reception was very kind and explained things to us in an easy-to-understand way, even though we do not speak much English!
The location of the hotel itself is a little inconvenient, and if you do not use the water bus or gondola, you will have to walk quite a bit to get anywhere.
The main tourist spot, St. Mark's Square, is particularly far away, and it took about 30 minutes for an adult to get there. However, there are many shops along the way, so if you are traveling with plenty of time, it will not be a problem.
There are also restaurants and bars around the hotel, and a bakery and crepe shop about a 3-minute walk away. You will not have any trouble finding food, so I recommend not including breakfast and just strolling around. By the way, is there a police box in front of the hotel? There are also police officers watching day and night, so although it is far from the main area, the security is not bad.
Overall, it was a very satisfying stay for the cost!

LLEONID KOLYAGINThe hotel is located in 12-15 minutes from the main attractions. The Respeak was met by a very service administrator (Russian-speaking) who settled after 20:40 that later the Respeaking works. The room had a refrigerator with two types of water with gas and without. The teapot was not included in the room set. Excellent price-quality ratio.
