Personne pour nous accueillir aucune information pour entrer obliger de demander à plusieurs commerçants et surtout pas de petit déjeuner comme il Etait prévu dans la réservation et surtout facturer 10 euros . Cordialement marquet carole

Неплохой номер, но попасть проблема, надо звонить на итальянский номер, сработает замок потом подняться на третий этаж и набрать код в общий холл, а затем ещё раз надо ввести код чтобы попасть свою комнату. Дверь в этот мини отель расположена в узком переулке, между кафе, найти вроде не проблема но первый раз немного напряжно. В общем холле есть кофейник, печеньки чай вода и холодильник. В самом номере чайник и пакеты чая, посуды нет.

住這裏去碼頭很近，去五漁村比較方便。房間乾淨衞生，房東也非常熱情，比較遺憾的是被子用不習慣。不是像國內那樣被套裝着被芯，而是一張床單上面放一張毯子，隔着床單蓋毯子，而毯子不可能經常清洗，所以感覺不太舒服。電梯非常小，其他都還挺好的。

Fijne plek midden in de stad, schone douche, inchecken kan online via whatsapp. Helaas geen hulp bij het parkeren (geen informatie gegeven over waar/hoe te parkeren, moet u zelf vinden). Kamer is mooi en relatief groot. Kortom, goede indruk.

Luogo situato nel centro di Sanremo, a due passi dal mare e negozi. Il posto è dentro un palazzo, al secondo piano e con l'ascensore. Al suo interno siamo stati accolti da Giuseppe, il proprietario dell'affittacamere, è stato molto gentile da aspettarci alle 12:30 per lasciarci la chiave. Stanza veramente carina, accogliente e soprattutto pulita! È presente un mini-frigo, il climatizzatore, la TV, un armadio con cuscini e coperte extra e molto altro. Bagno pulito e completo di tutto. Rapporto qualità-prezzo impeccabile. Consiglio a tutti. Saluti da Rob di Torino

Stayed 1 night in this hotel only because it was fully booked! ): Location wise - excellent. Walking distance from La Spezia train station, only 8 min walk. Manageable with luggages. Walk to city center and port is also easy and around 15mins only. Because of the good location, we didn’t have to spend on Transportation! Nearby there are many shops to get water, there is also a Carrefour 300m away. Safe area with lots of local shops. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Bed is comfortable. There is a nice balcony to chill like an italian. They provide basic toilet amenities and even 2 bottles of water. Toilet is clean. Only bad thing is water pressure is quite slow so bath time takes long. However, the large and spacious room makes up for it. Room is also very quiet for a good night’s sleep. I slept very well. Check in office is at another location around 100m away from property. Do note it is not at the same area. Plus point is property had a small elevator for heavyweight luggages. Most italian buildings do not have elevators Will definitely recommend this place! Very convenient and affordable. Highly recommend!

Goede locatie. En redelijk in het centrum met de beste eetgelegenheden om de hoek. En aan het station. Waar je met de trein de cinquente terre kan bezoeken. Verder zijn de kamers schoon. Grote bedden en is er een airco. Enige minpuntje is het geluid wat de treinen veroorzaken. Dit wordt in de nacht wel minder. Maar zoals ik al zei is het ook een voordeel om aan het station te zitten. De medewerkers zijn erg vriendelijk. Bel wel even voordat je komt omdat de medewerkers niet altijd aanwezig zijn. Ook wordt de locatie niet correct weergegeven op google maps. Hou daarom het treinstation aan.

a good place to stay if you have a car or able to catch the bus to get up or afford to pay 25 euro to get a taxi it is close to nothing, you have to prepare dinner if you do not want to go back after meal the price of the stay was excellence breakfast too good to be true quiet and not crowded compared with other areas of cinque terre reception open at breakfast time and claimed 3-6 pm but when l arrived at ~ 16:30, no one at the reception to help. me need to communicate with email or pgone if possible will try to come back later when well prepare 😊
