Сальваторе дал очень много полезной информации о пребывании и о самой вилле. Вилла имеет интересную историю свыше 300 лет. Пусть вас не пугают ообшарнпанные стены и лестница. Внутри этих номеров очень чисто, приятно и современно. Номер был просторный для 3 человек и имел балкончик. Из не очень приятных моментов: ночью шумновато из-за машин, проезжающих под окнами. И очень прохладно в номере. Мы брали дополнительные одеяла. Обогреватель был выставлен на 19 градусов, но он работал ровно 30 секунд и сам отключался. Температура в номере была сил но ниже 19 градусов. Ещё не понравилось, что непромокаемая попона под простыней Больше напоминала клеенку И шуршала под нами. В любом случае, расположение очень удобное и Сальваторе очень отзывчивый. Рекомендую!

Bang in the heart of not just the charming old centre but right on the block where the street partying takes place till the early mornings of the weekends. But no noise pollution due to the small boutique hotel being on the (very high!) fourth floor of the old building that has its entrance in the courtyard off the street. We traveled with our two sons (17 and 10) and it worked but wouldn’t stay with our younger daughters there due to the unconventionality of the accommodation: No public areas or services, just straight up rooms (only six of them all in the one corridor off the reception) which are fitted in modern and marbled design. Room no 3 is spacious with a nice four poster bed, no 1 is less so but both still had room for a bidet in the all tiled bathrooms which has an LED light feature in the shower! Both also have a French balcony: from room 3 you can view the Vesuvius Mountain. Theres a price listed minibar and my husband really liked the mattress Reception is not 24h but communication was very good and personal through WhatsApp. I was looking forward to the roof terrace but it was bare and unused serving merely as a panorama lookout point. Not to worry, the most important thing for us was that the hotel was clean and had some form of luxury for the night we stayed in Napoli!

Het ligt op ongeveer 15 minuten lopen van het station. Er is een prachtige supermarkt, een wasserette en een heerlijke pizzeria onderweg vanaf het station, en er is een drogisterijketen naast de deur, dus de locatie is perfect. De kamer was vrij ruim, werd elke dag schoongemaakt en had een groot terras, dus het was zeer comfortabel. Naast Napels ging ik naar Pompeii, Salerno → Amalfi → Potagino → Sorrento, maar Amalfi en Potagino waren te druk, dus ik was blij dat ik een dagtrip vanuit Napels maakte. Er is geen vast personeel, dus u moet naar de aangegeven tijd gaan en inchecken, maar houd er rekening mee dat ze niet opengaan tenzij u belt. Uiteindelijk kon ik geen contact met hen opnemen in Matera en werd het hotel op dezelfde dag geannuleerd, en ik kon geen restitutie krijgen, dus ik was weer een beetje zenuwachtig.

簡直太美了！雖然路上有點折騰，碰巧遇到高速口封閉，繞道過去，路不太好走，但酒店的美景徹底征服了我們的心，贊贊贊！以後還會去。酒店不大，但管理細緻周到，房間超乾淨，全方位的極致乾淨，陽台風景絕好，一天呆酒店也不會煩，公共空間有露天浴缸，下次來要試試。小花園打理得恰到好處，停車寬敞安全。早餐品種不多，但吃飽沒問題，味道不錯。

The location was ideal and very close to the central train/bus station. The room was large and comfortable. They prepared a 2L bottle of water per guest, which was great. The check-in might sometimes be trouble(I had to wait more than a half hour…) You will get a cup of drink and a single bread for breakfast. You can help yourself to get coffee or tea.

We hebben echt genoten. Het hotel is modern. Het betreft een appartement met 4 kamers (elk voorzien van douche/toilet), er is een gedeelde keuken met koelkast. Er is een haardroger in de kamer en het warme water stroomt goed. 2 minuten van het station, super handig! Ze geven je een kortingsbon voor ontbijt in het nabijgelegen café. Let bij het inchecken op de ingang en aan de rechterkant hangen bellen met namen; op een van de borden staat de naam van het hotel. Ga dan naar de receptioniste bij de ingang, hij belt de eigenaar, die over 10 minuten komt.

De locatie ligt dicht bij het treinstation, maar de omgeving is vies en veel mensen associëren het met andere mensen, wat niet ideaal is. Het is handig voor snelle ochtendvertrektijden en avondaankomsten. Koffie, sap en een croissant worden op tijd op je kamer bezorgd en er wordt dagelijks schoongemaakt.

Es war ein gelungener Aufenthalt! Tolle Lage in der Nähe aller relevanten Fixpunkte (Bus, Bahn, Metro, Flughafen Bus, Altstadt, etc)… nur mit dem Auto sollte man nicht anreisen - Parken ist limitiert und teuer. Die Unterkunft war geräumig, komfortabel, sauber, gut ausgestattet und man hatte zu jeder Zeit einen Ansprechpartner. Auch einen tollen Stadtführer gab es per PDF dazu!  Nach dem C/O konnte man das Gepäck noch bis zum Abflug lagern und war somit bis zum letzten Moment ungebunden und flexibel. Gerne eine dicke Empfehlung!
