The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my dietary preferences, showcasing genuine care and hospitality. The service throughout my stay was exemplary. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to ensuring my stay was perfect. From the concierge who provided excellent recommendations to the housekeeping staff who kept everything spotless, the level of service exceeded my expectations. I also had the opportunity to relax at the hotel’s RIVUE Tower Pool, which was a tranquil oasis after a day of exploring the city. The facilities, including the fitness center and spa, were well-maintained and provided an additional layer of luxury to my stay. "We had a great stay at the Avid Hotel in Lexington. The property was very clean and well maintained, which made us feel comfortable and at ease. Parking was plentiful and convenient, which we really appreciated. The only downside was that we weren’t able to get a crib, which would have been helpful for our stay. Breakfast was okay for a grab-and-go style setup, and there are plenty of nearby places to eat that are easy to reach by car. Overall, it was a positive experience and we’d recommend it, especially if you’re looking for a clean and easy place to stay with great parking and good dining options close by."

"Everyone was extremely friendly, our room was clean, they leave a cute little duck on the bathtub which I think is a cute idea especially if you have little ones. It’s in a great area lots of restaurants and stores around and easy access to get back to the freeway. I’d definitely recommend staying here."

"We absolutely loved our stay at Staybridge Suites Lexington South. Everything was spotless from the moment we walked in — super clean rooms and common areas. The location was convenient and peaceful, close to everything we needed without being in the middle of chaos. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful every step of the way, and you could tell they genuinely cared. The amenities were top-notch — the kitchen in the suite was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the free breakfast was actually good (not just filler). We felt right at home, and it was perfect for our family. Would 100% stay here again and recommend it to anyone traveling through Lexington."

"My husband and I were celebrating Valentine’s weekend. The check in process was fine. The room however was not. There was mold in the shower, and the bed was lumpy, hard and uncomfortable. We didn’t even stay the entire night. After about an hour of not being able to sleep, we got up and left and headed home."

"Second time staying up here. Very nice hotel. The only negative was you could hear a door shutting not sure which one but super loud and happened on and off throughout the night and day! Also fyi there is a parking charge of $17.00. All the staff was extremely nice check in and out, cleaning attendants and especially the bartenders."

"The hotel was one of several on our 2000 mile journey and it was the best one of them all!! Very clean, very friendly staff, awesomely comfortable king size bed, washing machine and dryer right across the room from us. We wish we could have stayed longer. Perfect price!"
