Gostámos Muito do hotel. Quartos pequenos mas muito agradáveis, com uma decoração bonita. A piscina interior é muito boa. Apesar do hotel estar cheio, nunca sentimos confusão ou que o serviço era demorado. Pequeno almoço delicioso! A decoração do hotel era muito bonita!

Beautiful experience! The hotel has been recently renewed, has a whole new building and a wonderful new Spa facilities, which is top 2 if not the best in Portugal.
The restaurant that connects to the hotel is also excellent with a varied menu of well-made Portuguese dishes (reservation mandatory!)
Definitely a must trip to do yearly during the winter season!

What an amazing hotel in this city. A great scenic ride down the Serra Estrella, plenty parking and helpful staff to explain where to locate the amazing wall art city trail. The breakfast is one of the best I had in long time, fresh and plenty local options, large rooms and well equipped. No complaints.

Hotel is a bit on the older side. Toilet door was not functioning great and they didn’t provide free water in the room. Breakfast options were good. And lots of parking in the surrounding area

A vista do hotel é deslumbrante, proporcionando uma experiência única aos hóspedes. O atendimento, tanto na receção quanto no restaurante, destaca-se pela simpatia e profissionalismo da equipa.
No entanto, um ponto a melhorar é a qualidade do Wi-Fi, que apresentou falhas frequentes de conexão.
A gastronomia do restaurante é de excelente qualidade, com destaque para a sobremesa de pudim de castanhas e a carne T-bone, ambas altamente recomendadas. Além disso, a área de lazer adjacente ao restaurante é extremamente acolhedora, equipada com lareiras que proporcionam um ambiente agradável. No entanto, foi notado que as lareiras estiveram acessas apenas no primeiro dia da estadia, sendo que nos dias seguintes, apesar do frio mais intenso, o ambiente permaneceu confortável devido ao ar condicionado.
Por fim, uma sugestão de melhoria seria aumentar a temperatura da piscina aquecida, tornando a experiência ainda mais agradável para os hóspedes.

After Gym Hotel races behaviour, the police led us to this hotel and it was a great place to stay. Our other commitments didnt provide the opportunity to extend our stay. The employees were friendly and helpful. We promised to visit the ancient city again.

Ótima estadia, hotel excelente, quarto muito confortável, piscina muito boa e relaxante!
Só dois pontos para citar, na recepção perguntei se havia neve em algum ponto (pois saímos de longe só para isso) e a pessoa em que nos atendeu disse que “Iria ser muito dificil, que não iria ter neve e que deveríamos ter visto a previsão do tempo” e por fim tinha neve a 19 km de distância do hotel e muita neve!
E a Limpeza do nosso quarto em si que ficamos poderia estar melhor, tinha pó que saia de baixo da cama e sujeira no chão quando puxamos a cortina do quarto.
Fora isso estava tudo perfeito!

Easy and free parking at the back, with entrance on the 7th floor of the hotel, close to the fire department parking lot.
Cozy room, spacious bathroom and everything clean (some wear and tear but nothing that compromises).
Very good breakfast which ends up being a strong point.

GGuest UserThe hotel's view is astonishing and provides a unique experience for guests. The service, both at reception and in the restaurant, is highlighted by the team's sympathy and professionalism.
However, one point to improve is the quality of Wi-Fi, which has shown frequent connection failures.
The restaurant is excellent quality, with a highlight for brown pudding and T-bone meat, both highly recommended. In addition, the resort adjacent to the restaurant is extremely welcoming, equipped with households that provide a pleasant environment. However, it was noted that the houses were only accessed on the first day of the stay, and in the following days, despite the most cold, the environment remained comfortable due to air conditioning.
Finally, a suggestion of improvement would increase the temperature of the heated pool, making the experience even more pleasant for guests.

I didn't like this experience because I was a hotel client calling before making a reservation and make sure that the room I wanted was vacuum. I booked with the special request for it and they did not give relevance to the request.

GGuest UserThe spa is absolutely amazing, one of the most beautiful I have ever been to. In addition, the facilities are very well maintained. Since the location is on a mountain, it is a bit cumbersome to get to, but no problem with GPS.
