Ik vond het hotel en mijn kamer prima, en het strand was geweldig, maar het voelde alsof het in verval raakte. De fitnessruimte was erg armoedig. Er was geen centrale bar of gemeenschappelijke lounge om te socialiseren (tijdelijk gesloten). Om iets te drinken moest ik naar het Chinese restaurant, waardoor het onmogelijk was om op mijn laptop te werken met een drankje erbij, zoals ik van plan was. Het ontbijt was waarschijnlijk de slechtste koffie die ik ooit heb gehad en de eieren waren ook niet best. Je moest zelf toast maken, maar er was geen broodrooster - alleen een grilloven die er 10 minuten over deed om je toast te roosteren - niet ideaal als je je eten al op je bord had gelegd...

My wife and I stayed at Awesome hotel for a few nights and were very impressed, great hotel with exceptional service. Loved the look and feel of the hotel which is located north end of Urbiztondo beach only a few minutes walk along the beach to all the cafes, restaurants etc. The room was excellent, nice amount of room, with quality from the TV, the bathroom and washing supplies (they use paraben free bath gel etc). We had a room overlooking the pool and ocean view which was lovely. Shaina at reception checked us in and out and did a fantastic job, very efficient and friendly service. A couple of points for feedback - The pool was not accessible as they had some work being done, it would have been good to know this before booking. The gym is excellent, and big with all the equipment and weights you need. the only downside is, that it's located in the basement area and is a little dark, brigher lighting would have been better.

De voorzieningen zijn erg basic, maar het is nog steeds een van de beste hotels in Urdaneta. Inchecken gaat vlot. Het ontbijt is uitgebreid en oké. Het was inbegrepen in de kamerprijs. De kamer is schoon, maar we horen mensen op de gang lopen en deuren open en dicht gaan. Omdat we lichte slapers zijn, had dat wel wat invloed op onze slaap. De internetsnelheid was oké. Ik kon werken. Mooi uitzicht, vooral 's ochtends.

J'avais réservé une chambre avec fenêtre. Mais quand je suis arrivée, on a voulu me donner une chambre sans fenêtre. J'ai protesté énergiquement et j'ai alors obtenu une chambre avec une fenêtre mais qui ne s'ouvre pas. La chambre est triste et la salle de bain très mal commode, trop petite, avec une mauvaise douche. Je trouve le prix excessif pour ces médiocres prestations.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Monarch Hotel, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way! The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully appointed. I felt right at home from the moment I walked in. The free breakfast was a wonderful surprise - the selection was impressive, and the food was delicious. But what really made my stay stand out was the exceptional service from the staff. They were friendly, accommodating, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. Had a nice surprise of mixed fruits and wine. Candy gifts also for the young ones. Perfect for this holiday season The room is very spacious with soft pillows and blankets. Stayed at the loft. Room is good even for a family with cr provisioms for both loft and ground floor. They forgot space for luggage and clothes but its still ok for short stay. Highly recommended as plaza and calle crisologo are just a few steps away.

Highly recommended! Staff are courteous and kind. Not too crowded resort. First thing we did upon check in is to check our room and if we need to replace it. We booked 2 rooms but need to ask replacement for one of our room due to aircon water leak on the floor. They are kind enough to replace our room. The rooms are cold and clean. Breakfast is okay. Need some enhancement in the future. Overall we love our stay and the kids enjoy their pool and beachfront.

The hotel and the location is perfect for peaceful and easy access area to go to the Heart of Vigan we stayed 2 nights we did 1 day in ilocos sur travel to ilocos norte the next day and came back to the same hotel.its clean employees have a pleasing personalities restaurant menus is okey food is great. The only issue i have since i am used to stay on a buffet breakfast hotel this place requires you to choose your breakfast on the small option list.and drinks option are weird so if you choose juice thats all you get you cannot get a coffee even if you offer to pay for it very weird way.but overall the hotel is great! Good for group families and kids friendly
