Hotels met Gym in West Sumatra, Indonesia

The location is about 40mins from the airport. Service was prompt and friendly. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was way better than expected with a wide spread and excellent local cuisine. Food quality was much better than most other hotel breakfasts I’ve tried.

The hotel breakfast was quite generous, featuring local specialty pastries. The only minor drawback was that the bathroom felt a bit cramped. The hotel is centrally located, with plenty of banks and restaurants nearby, making dining incredibly convenient.

Grand Gallery Hotel Bukit Tinggi – Comfortable Stay with Great Location ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Stayed at Grand Gallery Hotel Bukit Tinggi and had a pleasant experience. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it a good place to rest after exploring the city. Rooms are spacious enough and suitable for families. The location is a plus — close to Bukit Tinggi attractions, making it easy to get around. The surrounding area is lively, yet the hotel itself feels calm and restful. Breakfast was decent with local options, and the staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with requests or directions. Overall, a good value-for-money hotel in Bukit Tinggi, especially if you’re looking for a comfortable stay in a convenient location. Would consider staying here again.

It was great experience with BASKO. If you are not familiar with Indonesian food, i recommend strongly nasi goreng in restaurant (for breakfast buffet). And also I want to bring this hotel's orange juice to home. It was the best juice I've ever had. Room service available 24hour. Room is maintain their clearance, but one of disappointing point is sewer, it can't drain well 😭

I had a very pleasant stay at ZHM Premiere Padang Hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any requests. The hotel's location is convenient, making it easy to access nearby attractions and restaurants. Breakfast offered a good variety of choices, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I would gladly stay here again on my next visit to Padang.

I was very disappointed. I booked a room for my parents and grandchildren. I booked a room which is written 24m2 with balcony. I had stayed there before, that's why I know it's supposed to be spacious room. But they only get small room 17m2 not as mention in the details just because of the name not ”grand deluxe” but I paid more than ”deluxe price”. The same price with the published rate for ”grand deluxe” directly in the hotel. And there is no ”grand deluxe” In the room choices in Trip. They can't ask for extrabed because there's no space. And also when 1 adult with 2 kids having breakfast they still ask for extra fee. I know this rule but i just felt not fair to pay after overpriced for the disappointing room

Excellent facilities and delicious food. However, I must say our initial check-in experience was not very pleasant. The room we booked wasn't ready even though we arrived at 4 PM, and it still wasn't ready by 5:30 PM.

The stay was great, but they didn't provide any slippers. I requested them, but they were never delivered, even after I called the front desk multiple times. Oh well.

The room was spacious and the location very strategic. The breakfast spread was excellent, and my dad enjoyed it very much. The only downside was the smoking room, which had quite a strong smell. I should have opted for a non-smoking room instead, as the receptionist kindly suggested earlier. Overall good experience.

Room still very comfortable with fantastic views. Location perfect. Compared to last years the breakfast was disappointing. Less quality of food and options.
