De locatie is strategisch gelegen aan Jalan Padjajaran Indah V, met tal van restaurants, koffiebars en lounges langs de weg. Je hoeft nooit ver te reizen voor je koffie (Point Coffee, Starbucks en Tanmu), de beroemde Ibu Rahayu Soto, Japans eten (Sushi Matsu en Yujo) en een drankje in de nabijgelegen lounges (Barcelona, Bulan Madu Brew, etc.).
Het in- en uitchecken verliep soepel dankzij het vriendelijke personeel. De kamer was ruim, schoon, de airconditioning werkte goed, de waterdruk was uitstekend en het bed was comfortabel. Het hotel beschikt over een zwembad en een fitnessruimte.
Het ontbijt was goed, met zowel lokale als westerse gerechten. Ik zou hier zeker terugkomen als ik weer in Bogor ben.

Nice experience to have staycation during lebaean holiday. The facilities are well maintained, all the facilities and programs are dedicated for good quality guest experience. The breakfast is delicious and may variety. The room is comfortable. The pool is also great especially the long one.

Het was erg leuk om het weekend met familie door te brengen in éL Hotel Bandung. Vanaf het moment dat we bij het hotel aankwamen, werden we zeer hartelijk begroet door de loopjongen en het personeel en hielpen ons snel met het dragen van onze koffers. Het check-in proces was eenvoudig, we kregen een kamer in 1048 condotel met lits-jumeaux en uitzicht op het zwembad. De hotellobby is vrij ruim, veel mooie banken, er staan ook Sundanese gamelan, angklung, degung en wayang golek netjes opgesteld bij de hotelreceptionist. Ook al is het een vrij oud hotel, het onderhoud is zeer goed, de airco is koud, het water is warm en het bad functioneert goed. Schone, brede, zachte en dikke handdoeken. Het ontbijt bestaat uit veel menukeuzes, variërend van westerse menu's tot Indonesische gerechten. Wat betreft de smaak vind ik het heerlijk, maar het komt neer op individuele smaak. Ook is hier een kindvriendelijk zwembad aanwezig, met warm water en koud water. Ook de spoelruimte beschikt over warm water. De locatie van het hotel is zeer strategisch, dicht bij Jalan Braga, Bandung City Square, Asia Afrika. Bedankt eL Hotel Bandung. De volgende keer, als we weer een verblijf in Bandung hebben, zullen we hier weer komen.

One of the best hotels in Cirebon with excellent facilities. They have a swimming pool, kids playground area, and fitness area. They also have cafe and bar and lounge area with life music performance. The room is really spacy especially the king bed. Thank you for providing such a wonderful services making a good memory for my family.

This was my third time staying at this hotel. It's good to stay in the executive room. Unfortunately, it's hard to say that it's great for the price.
The facilities and services are poor for a four-star hotel. But there's no better place to stay than here in cirebon.
Breakfast is a local meal. It is not enough for foreigners to eat.
There is a swimming pool, but I cannot swim because I cannot wear a swimsuit because it is an Islamic country. So there are no people in the large swimming pool.
The staff always smiles and feels kind.

The staff were very friendly. Straight gave an early checked-in while we walked at about 1 pm since there was an available room. Appreciate that since we were too tired then. The lady at the front desk greeted us with smile and offered us with the Hi-Tea at 3pm, believe it was on Christmas day. The staffs at the entrance greeted with smile and help us on the our luggages. Will definitely come back again. Staying for one night hence not be able to use the facilities. To all the staffs keep it up.

The only exception, which I guess is not the hotel's fault, is the 4 am adzan subuh (call of prayer), which sounded like the loudspeaker was installed right in front of my door. Apart from that, I am very happy with my stay. The staff are especially helpful and nice.

GGuest UserOur room was upgraded to grand deluxe and it was very spatious. The service was great, all the staffs are very friendly and polite. Aldiansyah was very attentive, so kudos to him. At first, there were some input error, so supposedly our cards to the room should work for 2 nights, but only registered as one, but staff worked very fast and delivered the new cards to our room immediately. Breakfast were great, especially the fritters and the tofu coated with some red sauce. Plenty of options also from indonesian and western food. No iron at room, but you can ask for it and they will deliver it to your room. No shaver, Some slight smell in the bathroom, but nevertheless it was a pleasant stay.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a generally pleasant experience. The location is very convenient, close to major attractions and easy to access. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with comfortable bedding.
The staff were friendly and helpful, especially at check-in and when we needed assistance. The breakfast options were decent, though there could be more variety.
One downside was that the Wi-Fi was a bit slow at times, and there was some noise from outside at night. Overall, it’s a good value for the price and I would consider staying here again

We stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Bandung for 5 days and 4 nights while exploring Bandung. The hotel’s breakfast service began at 6.00 a.m., which was especially convenient and thoughtful for early-rising guests like us.
We would like to specifically compliment the restaurant manager, Mr Niwan, for his exceptional service. From the second day onwards, he remembered us and thoughtfully brewed milk tea for my husband every morning without being asked. His friendliness, attentiveness and genuine effort to meet our requests—or recommend special breakfast items on the menu—made our dining experience truly a memorable and unforgettable ones.
Having stayed at several five-star hotels across Indonesia, we can confidently say that Mr Niwan stood out. He made us feel sincerely welcomed and delivered excellent and outstanding service throughout our breakfast experiences. His professionalism and warm hospitality reflect the high standards of Four Points by Sheraton.
While all staff members were pleasant and helpful, Mr Niwan was exceptional in going the extra mile and greeting guests with a sincere smile consistently. He is definitely a credit to your team and a good example of how well Four Points Sheraton Bandung has trained and developed its staff.
Thank you for making our stay at Four Points by Sheraton Bandung feel like a home away from home. Thank you Mr Niwan for always delivering your EXCELLENT SERVICES with a smile. We truly enjoyed our breakfast experience in the restaurant.

The housekeeping did a great job in cleaning, just the toilet need a little improvement. The drain flow is slow. Overall I really enjoyed staying there. It is close to Bandung culiners ❤️
