Bardzo udany pobyt.Korzystałam podczas podróży służbowej.Pokoje są dobrze wyposażone,klimatyzowane i ciekawie stylizowane,dla gości jest dostępny basen,jaccuzi oraz sauna.Śniadanie bardzo urozmaicone,sporo owoców i ciast,a także duży wybór soków i jogurtów,bardzo dobra kawa.Przy obiekcie znajduje się płatny oraz bezpłatny parking.Dobra lokalizacja,blisko Stadionu Śląskiego,Legendii,Parku Śląskiego,a także blisko do głównej drogi,skąd niedaleko do Katowic.Bardzo polecam ten hotel.to był udany pobyt.

De kamer ligt niet ver van het treinstation. Het is ongeveer 10 minuten lopen naar het hotel vanaf het station. De stijl van het hotel is warm en elegant, vooral het tapijt in de kamer. De service is ook goed!

Kolejny pobyt w tym hotelu,i …chyba troszkę rozczarowanie.Hotel w centralnym miejscu budowy.Dookola budują bloki,hotele.Brak naziemnych miejsc parkingowych…Te przy hotelu,firmy zewnętrznej o abstrakcyjnej cenie 16 zł za godzinę.Pokoje z widokiem na Skwer Kościuszki,do trzeciego piętra,bez żadnego widoku,że względu na rosnące drzewa.:( Czystość perfekcyjna.Lozko wygodne.Szybkie windy.

Ik kan dit hotel ten zeerste aanbevelen. Het ligt niet alleen naast het treinstation, zodat u niet met de auto hoeft te slepen, en u kunt ook de trein naar Katowice nemen, maar er is ook een winkelcentrum naast het hotel, waar u kleding kunt kopen. geval van slecht weer.
Wanneer u in het hotel verblijft, zult u zeker de uiterst professionele en vriendelijke service en de netheid opmerken. Voor mij een van de betere hotels in Katowice

Basen dostepny na 2godz to jakas pomyłka. To jest basen hotelowy czy plywalnia ogolnodostepna? Mam ograniczony czas a pozniej doplata! Za co brane sa te pieniadze skoro sauna platna a basen bezplatny tylko 2 godz. Obsluga w barze lobby dramat czeka sie na napoje 30 min i jeszcze zdziwnie ze nie zostaly przyniesione. Sytuacja miala miejsce 2 krotnie wiec to nie byl przypadek. Rezerwacja w hotelowej restauracji to tez stanie pod wejsciem bo nikt nie odbiera telefonu od gosci z pokoju a na recepcji twierdza ze lokal ma full rezerwacji z czego okazalo sie ze dalo sie wejsc po odczekaniu paru minut a kilkanascie stolikow bylo puste i nie mieli gosci. Brak organizacji i przede wszystkim pravownicy sa wogole nie przeszkoleni i na kazdym kroku sa jakies bledy.

GGuest UserOverall the place was amazing our room even looked just like the pictures which we were not expecting.
We paid 164pln and had two breakfast buffets which were not bad. On day three they did seem to lose our breakfast booking. They said we hadn't paid at the reception for breakfast which is true, we paid at the buffet kiosk, but they didn't seem to understand. We just went to Lidl to save paying again or getting into an argument.
We went down 10 minutes after the pool was meant to open for the morning, but the staff member was still cleaning it but he let us after a minute or two.
The cold water for the carafes cold setting is not cold, just slightly cooler than room temperature. We ended up filing them up and leaving them in the fridge overnight to get cold water which is not ideal when you are thirsty.
The majority of staff we dealt with were awesome and understood what we meant after some clarification as we speak no Polish.
Would still recommend this place to anyone. The value was simply amazing and maybe there was just a mix up with the computer system that messed up our breakfast reservation. Just minor things that hopefully the hotel can improve for future patrons.

GGuest UserGood value for money, good, good, big room, complete facilities, super comfortable bathroom, bathtub and shower, super big towels, very rich buffet, and Polish specialties. The front desk was very enthusiastic and helped to call a taxi. It is 5 minutes away from the shopping center, and the airport bus goes directly to the hotel entrance. Worth recommending

GGuest UserAbsolutely the most beautiful apartment I have ever stayed in. I was just visiting family and staying one night which was so sad as it was such a delightful apartment. The entrance, lounge, hallway and apartment itself are impeccably decorated and kept clean. I can't believe how nice it was for the price. The facilities were great with a washing machine in the bathroom which was very handy during our trip. It was just all very well put together. The location is great, out of the window you can see the square where you can hear live music and pop out for food and drink. My only qualm is the location of the car park was a little confusing and also quite far from the actual apartment so large luggage is a bit of a nightmare to haul all the way. None the less, very worth it and will definitely be staying here again if I'm in the area.

AAdamThe Hotel ist very well located in the Center of Katowice. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is very new, therefore everything is in good shape. The standard room was very clean and spacious! I also really liked the breakfast, there was a huge variety of fresh foods, you could also squeeze your juices by yourself. I will definitely choose that hotel for my next stay in Katowice.

The service is extremely friendly, if needed, extention is given on possibility.
Very good sumptioous varietal breakfast for a chain hotel.
Room amenities are nice, except maybe for the mattress a bit softer then needed for a spine-health-conscious traveller especially from Asia.

This is my favorite place. From the European area, the Polish hotel is very good value for money.
